I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I had a poor experience today. I asked for a hazlenut swirl in my iced coffee, and was substituted for a hazlenut shot without any verbal confirmation. When asked, I was told that they don't carry hazlenut swirl. Have gone here twice in one week and coffee was wrong both times. Asked for hot coffee and consistently received iced coffee drinks. It's kinda of sad that this location is not as great as it can be...especially for where they are located. I stopped going here for about a year and was hopeful that things were better. It was my first time stopping by to grab a cup of coffee from this store. One minute after the coffee has placed an order from the Dunkin' mobile app, it was ready for pick up in the store. Those two ladies working at the curbside pick-up area were courteous and friendly. Overall, this store was clean and neat.While sipping hot coffee, something caught in my mouth, and it was a small piece (about one and a half-inch long) of the plastic wrapper.
