My Macha was weak and had way too much ice even for regular especially since i ordered less my hash browns were cold and half raw. it was an attitude to get hot and fully cooked ones. this place is more expensive than other Dunkins...paying extra for attitude and being expected to just accept anything?!

Dunkin' restaurant is known for its friendly and professional staff, with crews consistently providing excellent service, regardless of the time of day. Customers can expect a 5-star experience, with employees going above and beyond to address any issues that may arise. The coffee is highlighted as good, and many customers appreciate the order accuracy, claiming it to be 100%. The staff is described as lighting fast, friendly, and even remembering names. However, the breakfast sandwich is a highlight, with fresh and good quality, while the donuts are sometimes stale. Some customers have noted that ordering online can lead to inconsistency, particularly with items like cold foam and flavor. Overall, Dunkin' remains a reliable choice for a quick and satisfying meal, especially in this college town where it stands out as a caffeine addict's dream.
