It’s a Franchise, and you’re going to get rude service sometimes and I get it. I always smile, and they never budge here. They forgot one thing on my order today, so I asked if they could add it, and I’ll tell you what. Never correct them because they will have such a terrible attitude. Why? What’s the point of having such a sour mindset? However, the Manager/Owner? you can tell is a very hard worker and even on her busy days, she’ll smile and send you off! To add, I never write reviews but this has happened enough times, It’s just sad. No matter what job you have, be polite and don’t put your bad days on some random customer.

I only go though the drive though cause I'm lazy and don't want to walk in all the time. But they were super fast.!! Love it.Parking: It's weird because of where Wendy's sits and then you have that little bank right there and some people just don't know how to drive. Like seriously.
1st time there. Customer service was great! The young adults working there were very courteous. The dining room was clean. The ladies' room was decent.

Every time I order a cup of coffee I expect it to taste exactly how I imagine it in my head..DELICIOUS! Somehow this Dunkin always seems to disappoint me. The coffee literally always taste like s**t. Every once in a while I might get lucky and it turns out decent. It’s seriously like gambling.The only nice thing about it is how close it is to my house.

Only gave it two stars because once a nice lady gave my dog a pup cup but other then that the food is terrible and my drinks are never right. I have learned my lesson. I stopped here today after 1 1/2 years hoping it got better and won’t ever make that mistake again.

It's microwaved food with a detailed cooking guide. It shouldn't be hard to make it perfect, every time. But apparently it is difficult. Drinks are always spot on, place is clean. Service is rushed and unfriendly.
