Dunkins donuts have really declined over the years. The selection and especially the freshness. Seems it doesn't matter whether it's right after they open in the morning or any other time the donuts are just not fresh. Hate to say stale but definitely dry and with that day old bread kinda vibe. Neeto (I hope i spelled her name right) has always been kind, efficient and overall great customer satisfaction. She always greets me with a genuine "hello, how are you today". She is a hard working individual and has remembered my order with just a few visits. She's a gem and deserves a raise. I wish more people were like her that are in this industry.

I feel like they're good but sometimes they don't add the things that are supposed to go with the drinks like a lot to iced latte always is supposed to have whipped cream but if you don't ask you won't get it. Other than that they're pretty good.
