I wish I could give zero stars, every worker is rude and nasty. They scream in my sisters face after she asked for a different lid. These workers need to be put in check or fired.

I feel like they're good but sometimes they don't add the things that are supposed to go with the drinks like a lot to iced latte always is supposed to have whipped cream but if you don't ask you won't get it. Other than that they're pretty good.

Dunkins donuts have really declined over the years. The selection and especially the freshness. Seems it doesn't matter whether it's right after they open in the morning or any other time the donuts are just not fresh. Hate to say stale but definitely dry and with that day old bread kinda vibe. The selection also is getting stale. The same 8-10 choices every day and when they finally offer a really good new donut like Butter Pecan it lasts a week and disappears. They need to step up their game because there's that "other" place I can go to every morning and get fresh, still warm Donuts. Dunkins, warm sandwiches, bagels, and muffins are ok. The coffee and usually quick drive thru keeps me coming back.

Worst Dunkin in my opinion! This place is next to my house however I will still drive to another location! The lady that runs that place is always rude the workers are sure to mess up your drink and all they coffee tastes watered down! The worst!
I stop here every Saturday for coffee for myself and munchkins for the employees on my way in to work. Staff are always efficient and polite.

I feel this establishment will have it's karma coming to them. The facility is nasty, the staff is rude, and the food is trash.WORST DUNKIN IVE EVER BEEN TO! I put in a mobile order for a small iced coffee, bagel with cream cheese on the side l, and snacking bacon.The bacon was burnt and they only gave me 4 pieces of bacon. Hardly worth the $4.The bagel never came with cream cheese on the side. The cream cheese was on it and there was barely any at all on the bagel itself.The coffee literally tastes like the machine hasn't been cleaned in weeks maybe months.Aside from the food the customer service was TRASH. The woman at the window just had a bad attitude about her and when she went to hand me my food she wasn't pleasant about it and practically shoved it through my window.Needless to say I will not be returning.

Neeto (I hope i spelled her name right) has always been kind, efficient and overall great customer satisfaction. She always greets me with a genuine "hello, how are you today". She is a hard working individual and has remembered my order with just a few visits. She's a gem and deserves a raise. I wish more people were like her that are in this industry.
