The food was prepared correctly, the service i would say needs more improvement for older people who are not used to the kiosk. You could lose buisness that way, so people also need to be at the counter greeting the older and elderly. The temperature was a bit cold, again , you have to think about the old and the elderly, cause if they can't sit and enjoy there food then they probably not gonna order which in tells the buisness to lose money and a potential valued customer.
Customer service was lacking, impatience on display.
