“I had a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino for the first time. It was delicious! This starbucks was located inside of a Safeway. It was a clean, well organized store within a store.My Server did greet me when I stepped to the counter but it wasn't with a smile. All in all, my order tasted great. So great that I went back the next day and got another.I do recommend you to visit.Parking: There is a huge parking lot and plenty of handicap parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheelchair accessible.”
“I spilled my drink and usually employee get agravated but this women that came over was so nice I felt so bad cause I was causing her to do more work. I insisted she let me take care of it but she told me no it's against Policy she told me it was fine that accidents happen.”
“I get an order wrong at this McDonald's at least 50% of the time. I do not order anything special, at all. Staff at the window taking the money very rude..... Second window got a small bag after I ordered a huge 3 person meal.. The lady argued with me saying, " this is your meal." I said no it is not mine bigger she said everything's in the bag ma'am.... I said the only thing in there are is 2 sandwiches and a hash brown, opened the bag as she went thru it with her bare hands. Still tried to tell me it was mine. Finally, she handed me a bag that ended up being a partial order to someone else's.She then took both bags that were not my order, back through the window. Finally got my order on the third try. Of course, I get home and I'm missing 2 out of 3 fries and my drink is wrong. I also have an extra sandwich, that's not even mine.Taking food back through the window is disgusting. Pretty sure I watched her hand it back to the person behind me, as I looked back, pulling away.....the same crumpled up bag I had.....I Don't go there anymore, it's a shame when this McDonald's is right next door to my house..... I have heard it called, The Potluck McDonald's, or the Grab Bag McDonald's, now I understand why, because you never know what you're gonna get.”
“I don't live locally but got a breakfast order this morning and had an issue with my app. Maria was *fantastic* with helping to correct the issue and couldn't be sweeter about it. Those that I know that live locally visit frequently and report there is always great, quick service. Thank you!”
