“Drive thru had a 9 or 10 car line so walked inside and drive thru and Uber eats / Door dash orders take priority over in person customers. Waited 15 minutes for a McChicken. No exaggeration. In their defense small staff and they were working their tails off. I think they have just been trained to make the drive thru and mobile orders first priority.“
“I don't typically eat from McDonald's but my grandkids do. I want to say that this location, by far, has the best drive thru service, the lady in the morning shift is very polite, helpful and has a truly happy demeanor. Such things are welcome and needed in today's world more than ever.“
“Please make sure you are aware of what you are paying for. Used the drive thru because no one was allowed inside. I purchased the 50ct munchkins. When I received the box it was light, I pulled to the side to count them. There were only 37 doughnuts in my box, when I pulled back in the drive thru the cashier smiled and said she'll fill it up..... She did fill my box butWhy did I have to come around a second time if you did what you were supposed to in the beginning?? She did“
“My favorite Dunkin’! My order is always correct, most of the time they know what I want as soon as they hear my voice which is really cool, definitely a cut above. The manager helped me to figure out the closest thing to a Dunkachino since they no long carry this drink. Super friendly staff, no issues.“
“We LOOOVE this restaurant! Not only delicious, but oh so much staff personality. Get Nico to create one of his over-the-top boozy concoctions for you. Then indulge in the Italian-crafted meat and cheese board (Salumi Misti). And do not miss the rosemary-marinated steak or the slow-roasted pork. Oh yeah, you’ll feel the LOOOVE, too!“
“I stopped at Morning Mugs Coffee before an Orioles game (Go O’s) and it was the perfect cup of coffee before a game. The cafe was vibrantly decorated, with a relaxing outside seating area out front. All the pastries were fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Just a great spot for the City of Baltimore.“
“After walking by Buns & Roses multiple times and always wishing it was dessert time, we finally made it happen today and were rewarded with a uniquely delicious dessert and very friendly, welcoming service. As you might have guessed, the chimney cones themselves are the star of the show here and appear to be handcrafted with great attention to detail, with a marshmallow at the bottom to keep all the ice cream from dripping out.We definitely want to come back again - I would like to try the coated chimney cakes next time, and the apple dumpling sounds great, too.The owner/employees here are welcoming to everyone who comes by and very clearly care about their customers.“
“Not only is a really cute and quaint establishment with delicious dessert, but the owners are the sweetest!! The ice cream itself is quite delightful and the waffles are soft, yet crispy and the extra surprise that you get when you bite into each of the bubbles depending on what filling you get inside is what makes it such a unique dessert! Definitely recommend going there for any occasion, whether it be for a night out, a date, or just craving something sweet! Also an amazing choice to hire for your party!!“
“I went here on a Sunday around 3:30 and there was a small crowd. We were able to get our items quickly after we ordered though it took a little while to order. There is a window that you order from and there is one cashier to take the order. The customer service was great. I was able to try the ice cone flavors. There were so many flavors and combination of flavors to choose from. They also had other treats like benigets, brownies, and cakes. They had Takhara brothers ice cream and I'm a huge fan of their ice cream, so I was excited to get the key lime, but it head run out. The clerk offered me other options and told me about the mango, guava, pineapple ice topped with fruit, so I decided to try it. I am so glad that I did. It was really flavorful and refreshing. There was cute outdoor seating that was well maintained. I will most definitely come back here.“
“This Dunkin' Donuts is one of the better options in Middle River, located just before the beltway on my way to work in the AM. Coffee is good but the drive-thru guy can be literally bananas at times, trying to sell his bananas to customers like he's getting a huge bonus for it from the monkeys. Overall though good place to grab a coffee.“
