“Not only is a really cute and quaint establishment with delicious dessert, but the owners are the sweetest!! The ice cream itself is quite delightful and the waffles are soft, yet crispy and the extra surprise that you get when you bite into each of the bubbles depending on what filling you get inside is what makes it such a unique dessert! “I went here on a Sunday around 3:30 and there was a small crowd. We were able to get our items quickly after we ordered though it took a little while to order. There is a window that you order from and there is one cashier to take the order. The customer service was great. I was able to try the ice cone flavors. There were so many flavors and combination of flavors to choose from. They also had other treats like benigets, brownies, and cakes. They had Takhara brothers ice cream and I'm a huge fan of their ice cream, so I was excited to get the key lime, but it head run out. The clerk offered me other options and told me about the mango, guava, pineapple ice topped with fruit, so I decided to try it. I am so glad that I did. It was really flavorful and refreshing. There was cute outdoor seating that was well maintained. I will most definitely come back here.“
“I absolutely love Joanna's Cafe. I love their vanilla Frappes their food is really good,they have an amazing Strawberry Lemonade too. Great customer service,great food and at an affordable price. I love their house salad,their shrimp salad on a croissant roll and I like their chicken salad too. I haven't had any of their yummy desserts yet but plan to do so. Service is pretty good, sometimes people seem a little out of it but we're all human! The food is decent here (croissants muffins and what not), but the coffees/ drinks are where they shine the most! Not pictured is their amazing brown sugar espresso-- it was so good I ended up drinking it all before I could get a photo! Go order it-- asap you won't regret it!!Their cold brew is good- and strong! The coffee and drinks are more reasonably priced so I’d recommend going there and just getting drinks and maybe splitting one of their pastries. “I've been a fan of bubble tea for a long time and am excited to see more shops popping up everywhere. Tried Kokee this week while my boyfriend and I were in Towson Town Center doing a little bit of holiday shopping.The shop is located right outside the food court. And there was only one other customer while we were there. The whole process, from stepping into the shop to leaving with our beverage took less than 5 minutes. I got a strawberry milk tea with regular tapioca boba and it was probably the best milk tea I have ever had in life.Can't wait to go back and try a different flavor.“

“This is my third time at Pie Time! We moved to the area in January of this year, and so far I have tried a few gems here! The mini Chicken Pot Pie was super good, very savory stuffed with fresh herbs! My partner tried the carne asada pie which he crushed(I assume it was great!) I have tried a regular latte which was pretty good, but the pies are definitely the best thing here! Highly recommend if you're in the area! It's a small cozy spot, so make sure to come early if you wanna grab a table (they can probably seat about 12-15 people inside). They even have a little freezer for pies to go!“

You can also eat outside on the covered patio. SERVICE: Quick service, the staff knows the menu, and will give you recommendations. After ordering, you are given a number for your table and your food is brought to you. Unless you order a beverage there is a self serve water station beside the register. FOOD: MY SANDWICH: salmon bacon avocado Brioche bun, grilled salmon, applewood bacon mixed greens layered on sliced Avocado. On the side: green goddess dressing and pickles. YUM. I also ordered an iced coffee with lavender syrup. The coffee was great but I couldn't taste the lavender. Note: When you finish eating, please toss your trash and return your dishes to the designated bins.“
“I was so excited to see that a new place to get boba opened up! The inside of the shop, though small, is well-decorated, and everything seemed very clean and new. The staff was super friendly and patient as we deliberated what drinks to get and asked questions about different toppings. We finally settled on a brown sugar milk tea with boba pearls and a strawberry milk tea with strawberry popping boba. Both were delicious! The brown sugar milk tea wasn't overly sweet, and the strawberry milk tea had a great strawberry flavor without tasting artificial. I definitely want to visit again soon to try something different!“

I was overwhelmed by the menu of syrup options- too many choices for me. I decided to try one of their seasonal drinks. I ordered a brown sugar cold brew with maple cold foam. The drink was delicious. I was worried about it being too sweet but that wasn't the case at all.“

The cakes are absolutely amazing and delicious. We also like to stop in to grab cupcakes or cake pops and my husband loves the chocolate covered Oreos.
