“My son Aaron is on the extreme end of the spectrum and Kiwi is his service dog. This morning, Aaron wanted to go to breakfast which he never asks to do. Sarah Renae and I go to Double T Diner White Marsh for lunch periodically. I called to see how busy they were and if they had booths available. We got a booth in the back (near that giant TV) our waiter was amazing so was the hostess. Aaron does not like going to eat at restaurants because far too often he's made to feel unwelcome because of his service dog. Let me be clear not telling him to leave and making him feel welcome like every other customer are not the same. Today, he was made to feel welcome. Today, his service dog (Kiwi) was made to feel welcome. After we ate breakfast which he had this huge pumpkin Belgium waffle with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, caramel and chocolate syrup with a side a bacon (only 12. 99) I let him pick out a desert for us to take home then he went outside while I paid. He picked the recess cheesecake for himself and the tiramisu for me. One of the hostesses came and asked how things where and if I was the one who had called earlier. I started to tear up as I thanked her and the staff for making Aaron feel welcome and like every other customer. I think it's important to acknowledge when a business not only does the right thing but does the right thing correctly and enthusiastically. So, to the owners, the hostesses, and our waiter (forget his name) thank you from a mom and caretaker this was a big deal for him. Veronica”

“Came into day in the last hour of the business day, Christi was present and such a delight to met and speak with. Took time out of her busy schedule to just engage (personally I think she could use the break as well 💕💕.) We don’t know how she and her team are doing it with the huge influx of customers. The cupcakes every bit of fantastic! We cannot wait to see what else she and her team comes up with in the near future. Wishing her and her team all the success. 🧁🧁🧁🧁”

“This stand is an absolute must-visit. From the moment you walk up, the smell of perfectly seasoned beef sizzling over the coals hits you — and it only gets better from there. I ordered the classic pit beef sandwich, sliced to order and piled high on a fresh kaiser roll. The meat was tender, juicy, and had that perfect bark on the edges. I topped it with their house-made tiger sauce (a killer horseradish-mayo blend) and a little onion — simple, but absolutely packed with flavor. Service was quick, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their meat and the experience they’re giving customers. Sides were solid too — especially the hand-cut fries, which were crispy and golden. They are the closest to boardwalk fries that I have had on this side of town. Prices are very reasonable for the portion size and quality you're getting.I'll definitely be back!”

“They make a wide variety of cuisines and every one they made for us was fresh, hot, and very tasty! Their order/pickup window is effective and makes for an easy and quick pick-up trip. And they are super nice and helpful 😊”

“Awesome biker bar. Lots of ambience and Joey was an excellent bartender. And cook! Ordered some sandwiches for 4 people and a handful of beers and stuff. Food came out and was really good, and the beers were ice cold. No drafts. Would love to come back on a bike and check it out when it’s busy. The outside area has a large overhang to stay out of the sun. Pool table inside. Very classic looking biker bar. Memorial outside was very sweet.”

“This is the best Burger King in the area. Fries are always fresh, and my burger actually is still steaming when I unwrap it. The veggies on my burger are always crisp and fresh as well.”

“I love this franchise, but while my friend was inside I wanted a taste so I just ordered a single thigh. It was so hot, juicy and dang good. I wished I had ordered more but the window wasn't full enough to me. But it hit the spot and was great! I would eat there again as I have in the past. Love their potato wedges and honey biscuits too! 😋”

“Today was my second day eating here. I ordered spicy lamb vindaloo w/ rice and garlic naan. Everything was delivered above and beyond and it was soooooo yummy!! The women cooking and taking orders were also very polite and made sure everything was delivered better than expected. Very pleasant experience :) I will be back!”

“Ordered an ice cream cake and although it was very good we noticed the cake didn’t match what we expected and what was shown online. 2 ways of error.
1. The website says “2 layers” on both the petite cake and the largest rectangle cake. The picture for the petite cake shows what I would call 2 layers; Cake, ice cream, cake, ice cream, frosting. The rectangle cake we got was cake, ice cream, frosting.
2. We did not receive/get to choose a mid layer that is supposed to be some kind of sauce from the website.
I say this to kind of warn someone in the future. Ensure you ask/request it look like the website. Not sure if the cake maker was rushing or if the cakes are intended to only be one layer of cake, one layer of ice cream = 2 layers.”

“Marta manages to be both lively and cozy simultaneously in a rowhouse that previously housed Salt (one of my all time favorite upscale restaurants) We went for a friend's birthday, and all 3 courses were delicious, beautifully presented, inventive, and not the same old menu that you find everywhere. Very sweet wait staff was super attentive, educated about the food and wine and made great suggestions. Our original wait staff had an emergency and had to leave in the middle of service, but seamlessly another wait person stepped in to covered us. Kudos to the front of house team for handling with such skill and ease. But the food was definitely the star of the show. For me, the standout was the tuna cannoli. I'm not even sure I can do justice to this deliciousness with a crunchy outer "cannoli" shell with a slight hint of sweet surrounding a creamy center of tuna crudi with little dots of avocado cream. And all was covered with a pistachio "dust." The spicy meatballs were delectable nestled in a cloud of creamy spicy ricotta. And the Duck and Foie Gras Panzotti (little triangle ravioli) was creamy, delicious and the perfect combination of delicate tastes. And the Tiramisu Affogato ended the dinner on a delicious note! And for two people with drinks it was really pretty a good deal for the quality if the food, service and location. We will be back! Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5”

“I went for the first time yesterday for happy hour. I've been craving oysters. I was not disappointed. The bartender was great, the bar crowd was fun, food fantastic and drinks were perfect. Will definitely be a regular at this spot!”

“We had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding here a few months ago and it was INCREDIBLE. Everybody raved about the food and drink.
The restaurant buyout minimum was very very reasonable compared to other restaurants in the area. The owner, Sam, would also let us do basically anything with the menu. He worked with the chef to make a custom menu for us based on our needs, dietary restrictions, and what was in season at the time. He also picked out wine for the dinner and created a custom cocktail for my wife for the event because there were no mezcal cocktails on the menu at that time.
The service was excellent, the drinks came out fast, and the food was plentiful.
We've also been here a couple times before and since, and it's been the same excellent experience.
We really could not recommend this place enough, it's easily one of the best restaurants in Baltimore!”

“I just have to share the fantastic experience we had tonight. My husband and I went to The Local around 6:30 pm (prime time without reservations lol). The only available seats were a high top table in the bar area. They asked us if that was ok and we said “sure”. Within a minute or so after being seated, it became apparent that our vision of a nice relaxing dinner would be impossible in that room. The Preakness was about to begin, and that bar was loud and hopping! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining, I love to see people enjoying themselves. It was a party, but just wasn’t our vibe tonight. We decided we would go elsewhere. We politely informed the hostess that we were going to leave because it was just a tad too noisy, but that we would definitely return again soon. We stressed that we were not mad, or upset. As we were walking to our car, a very nice gentleman followed us out and asked if we would consider returning if they could sit us elsewhere. We said “Of course!” We didn’t think there were any other available tables, but he said they would work something out for us. We told him we didn’t expect them to go out of their way for us and that we could wait. Within five minutes, we were seated at a lovely table in the dining room. We later learned the gentleman that helped us was none other than the owner/ executive chef Zack. We went on to have a delicious dinner with the most attentive and charming server. They demonstrated exemplary customer service, which sadly is lacking in many other establishments. We weren’t expecting any special treatment, but they certainly went above and beyond for us, and it was very much appreciated! When we were leaving, Zack happened to be outside, so he made sure to ask how our experience was. We told him it was amazing, and that his restaurant has been one of our favorites since it opened. We told him we would be back soon. Our experience there tonight is just one of many examples why this restaurant stands out, and why we will always highly recommend them! Thank you all so much for proving customer service is not a dying art!”

“Definitely a 10/10 spot went there around 7:30 for dinner !! Food was awesome and in good prices I got a crab cake for 18$ with a 2 dollar add on for fries and coleslaw. Recommend getting there early just because wait times are crazy. Service was awesome I was there 5/21 and sitting on the first floor outside the server was amazing but sadly I can’t remember the young girls name she was tall and skinny. I’m definitely coming back!!!”
