I love the Sparrows point location and am so glad it’s there! My drinks are always amazing and most staff has been excellent, especially the female manager. The mobile order line js usually short and fast. Amazing coffee go to!

The Starbucks Coffee Company located in the business park has become a popular spot for locals, offering a welcoming atmosphere with light music and ample space for customers to work or hold meetings. The staff are praised for their excellent service, both in-store and through the convenient drive-thru. While the orders may take a bit longer due to the made-to-order nature of the menu, customers often find the drinks and food to be delicious.
The spacious and well-decorated interior, along with the shared parking lot, contribute to a pleasant overall experience. Customers particularly enjoy the friendly and kind drive-thru staff, who often leave personalized messages on the cups. However, some have noted that the drinks may not be consistently made the same way by each barista, and the store has occasionally faced issues with opening on time.
Despite these minor concerns, the Starbucks location has generally received positive reviews, with customers expressing their appreciation for the convenient location and the high-quality offerings.
