“I order ahead on the app. When I pick it up, it's always so hot and fresh. The staff recognizes me and always gives a great service experience. I go between a hot latte with oatmilk caramel swirl and a reg coffee with the same things. Winter time is Latte and summer is coffee. So good. I miss the chicken wraps too. Hopefully it's seasonal and comes back around.“

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Christian at Dunkin’ Donuts! I come to this location at least twice a day, every day, and he always goes above and beyond. He’s so kind, positive, and truly makes a difference with his great attitude and customer service.

For a long time, I actually stopped coming here because some of the old employees were rude and made the experience unpleasant. I used to drive an extra 5–10 minutes out of my way multiple times a day just to avoid it. But since the new staff came in — especially Christian — it’s been a complete turnaround.

Thank you for hiring people who care and take pride in their work. Christian is definitely one of the best, and he’s a big reason I’m a loyal customer again! 💜☕️“

“I don't have many complaints about this. McDonald's and feel it deserves a 4 ⭐ rating! It's a a one-stop shop for fast food, snacks, cigarettes, gas, and gambling. However, the basis of my review is on the fast food restaurant, not the BP gas station.
This McDonald's location has the traditional drive-thru, dine-in, and fills online orders. In order to dine in, you have to enter through the front door of the BP gas station. The dine-in area has a very basic and plain appearance, and the area is normally kept clean. Also, it's simplicity is apparent since it lacks much of the more up to date technology that is popping up in other McDonald restaurants.
Parking is shared with the gas station, so plenty of spots are available. However, when the restaurant gets busy, backups and congestion tend to arise. I've witnessed long lines at the drive-thru that extend across the parking lot. Lines have even been so long that it spills onto Edgewood Rd. This poor layout causes frustration to customers, and it also becomes a hazardous situation to oncoming traffic.
Remarkable customer service is delivered by a highly respectful team. Wait time is reasonable and arrives as expected. So far I haven't experienced any mistakes with my food. It's always handed over as ordered with a warm smile!
Overall, this establishment truly is one of a kind. It's definitely a good stop for hungry travelers or someone preparing for a long drive. Surely it isn't a place to avoid.“

“Took my kids there for the first time this week; we each tried a different drink. One Brown sugar milk tea, one strawberry milk tea with coconut jelly, and the triple layer Vietnamese coffee. Holy cow! That coffee didn’t need anything added. Had the right sweetness, creaminess and the coffee was excellent. If you need a pick me up, that will not disappoint! The strawberry milk tea was much better than Chai Times with a richer taste. Price was better too! We can’t wait to come back and try some other drinks.“

“Drive thru coffee spot. They usually have a long line but they move pretty quickly. The staff are friendly and they try to create an atmosphere but it's also a drive thru. The coffee isn't bad but it doesn't have a bold body to the espresso, it's more about the flavoring I feel. No food.“

“Order food and it was available quickly hot and the donuts were fresh and tasted great. There was a long line of cars in front of me in the drive-thru and I still managed to get through the drive-thru in just a few moments we barely set long enough to be handed something and you were moving again. I commend this store for their efficiency with their drive-thru.“

“Surprisingly nice Starbucks for being in a Target. I was in town and wanted to get some work done before an appointment and there were plenty of tables to set up my laptop on. The staff was also very friendly and considerate — I’d never had a barista ask me if my iced coffee was the right color — I really appreciated that kind gesture as sometimes my coffee is overcreamed which is unpleasant. This coffee was perfect!“

“The Boba at Chatime, Bel Air is always delicious! When me and my family go, we always end up getting two drinks per person. They have the best drinks here for any occasion! Would highly recommend for everybody! For starters, the food. Aside from Boba Tea, they have lot’s of food! Ranging from a variety of options. Their food is delicious, and you can tell they take their time making it. I love Chatime’s Boba Tea, and variety of food options on their menu! Secondly, the service. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to help you! They will wait as long as it takes you to decide your order, and get it ready within less than three minutes! So I ordered one and asked her to make it for me. She did and we chatted for a moment and I dont want to mess up the spelling of her name- again it was similar to mine and when I told her I was like - we were meant to meet!
