“This is a really nice Starbucks! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our drinks were made perfectly just the way we ordered them.

Service was fast, making it an easy in-and-out stop without a long wait. I also really liked the modern design of the building, it feels clean, updated, and inviting.

“The employees - people that take and fill the order are rude, condescending and overall annoying. The lady that works the window is especially nice and tries to compensate for the rude order takers and order fillers. I've heard them treat her disrespectfully in front of customers. The staff is mostly Indian decent people and the window lady is American. When she is absent, they are even worse to the customers. I only stop because it's on my way to Baltimore and I stop everyday except weekends.“

“Open early morning, fast and friendly service located inside the welcome center along with other food establishments, but others were not open.

Everyone was super nice with a welcome smile especially when the lady misread my name and called out Jennifer. We laughed and I came back to tease her asking that Jennifer would like some salt and pepper to go, please.
The whole staff got kick out of it. The experience was warm and fun. Recommend!“

“A Fantastic Story…there remains hope! Today I witnessed an elderly, blind woman struggling with multiple carryon bags and a suitcase. She clearly was not homeless, the bags had visible airline tags. She passed near my car with her bags and her mobility cane while I was getting breakfast at the McDonald’s drive thru. I watched her stunned as she struggled and found herself disoriented heading into the dumpster corral. I was thinking, “ oh no, I’ve got to get out of my car and help”. Then, 2 McDonalds employees come out and head towards her. A lady jumps out of car and heads toward her also. I was so ecstatic to see this happen. The male employees took her bags while the lady chatted with her and slowly walked her to the restaurant. Folks, there is still hope for us! Shout out to the morning team at the Aberdeen McDonalds!! I always get nice service there, but today they excelled at customer service and care.“

“Bad experience today.i ordered small latte coffee with no ice but it came with full cup with half filled ice. I politely pointed out what I really wanted but they started arguing with high tune. I think this dunkin staff needs customer service training.“

“My family and I came from Baltimore to visit family in Havre de Grace. We stopped downtown for some Christmas Displays. We wanted some coffee and parked in front of Concord Point Coffee. I walked up and pulled on the door as I realized they were closed. As I turned around to walk away a Gentleman opened the door and offered us to the restroom If that’s what we needed. I explained we just wanted some coffee and didn’t realize they were closed. He said “we still have some coffee come on in”. He gave us 2 coffees and didn’t charge us after he was closed. I’ve never been treated like this by an establishment EVER. Thank you For your kindness and the coffee was really good as well.“
