“Loved the new experience. I walked in surprised by the new Spartan nature of the process. Loved it. First time didn't have to hear employees fighting, didn't need to talk to customers to calm them down while they complain about the service and the wait time like it was previously. Provided an avenue to enter, pick up my order if I chose to do that. I had no idea those options will be finally available. It was nice to not have to hear about any employee problems or life issues while waiting for my food in addition to what it took to get there with money lol so very different from what became tolerated for so long“

“My family and I came from Baltimore to visit family in Havre de Grace. We stopped downtown for some Christmas Displays. We wanted some coffee and parked in front of Concord Point Coffee. I walked up and pulled on the door as I realized they were closed. As I turned around to walk away a Gentleman opened the door and offered us to the restroom If that’s what we needed. I explained we just wanted some coffee and didn’t realize they were closed. He said “we still have some coffee come on in”. He gave us 2 coffees and didn’t charge us after he was closed. I’ve never been treated like this by an establishment EVER. Thank you For your kindness and the coffee was really good as well.“
