I had a great experience at this Starbucks on Pulaski Highway in North East. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my order was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. The coffee was fresh and tasted great.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a great location with a spacious place and plenty of parking available. The staff is consistently nice, friendly, sweet, professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, providing wonderful, friendly, and exceptional customer service. Their sunny, positive demeanor puts a smile in the mornings. The inside is clean and well-maintained, with clean restrooms. Orders are typically accurate and tasty, from a black iced coffee to fantastic drink recommendations, and the wait time is usually minimal. While there can be a rare exception like a cold croissant, the overall experience is reliably good and very pleasant, making it a convenient spot for a morning coffee or an afternoon pick-me-up that keeps customers coming back.
