2 stars based on multiple visits of poor quality food and service but here are details on 2 of them.I understand things happen but a simple apology goes way further than dismissive excuses. 2 times I've experienced an issue that causes major delays and instead of turning off mobile ordering they let the problem get exponentially worse. Mobile ordering at this location is a joke, I don’t know why we keep trying!!!Literally took half an hour to get 2 drinks ordered ahead via mobile. Could have gone through the drive through 4 times by the time we got our drinks!!!
