“I’m not usually hanging out in the area, but I needed to get my car windshield replaced yesterday and had to run a long zoom meeting afterwards. So I needed somewhere to camp out afterwards since I wouldn’t make it back home to wilmington in time. I stumbled upon this place in my “coffee shops” map search. Everyone working was very kind, and the drink + bagel i had were both so good that I felt compelled to actually write this FB review. I have been mourning the loss of my favorite wilmington boba spot (it sounds dramatic but I am serious, the others just aren’t the same) so am so glad to have found a good one, even if it’s a little bit of a hike.“

“I initially just got the cafe bonbon -- it was good, but the coffee could be stronger (just my personal preference). I saw the pastries and decided to try two, they were so nice they also added a Turkish delight for me to try -- everything was yummy!

P.s. Bring cash for tip, since there was no option for me to add a tip when paying with card.“

The baristas were super sweet and I felt bad for coming in so late because it was before closing but they let us use the restroom and the wifi so I could get my application submitted! “Went through the drive-thru today and the girl at the window working this afternoon was just so nice and pleasant that I wanted to leave a review. It isn’t very common you see people pleasant and nice in the drive-thru these days! I didn’t catch her name, but just wanted to give a 5 stars for service! Being kind goes a long way! My iced coffee & has browns were just as I like it too.“

“Wouldn't let me review again so I'm updating my review from last year. Sticking with the five star jessie who took my order at the drive through was so friendly to me and made me feel super special on my birthday. Especially during this lock down it's just so good to know people are that genuinely happy. Not just on my birthday either, the staff through this lockdown has always been amazing I hope everyone there gets a raise for working in this pandemic.

My review is in due for an update once again they treated me kindly. I went up to the drive through asked for a suger free vanilla protein late with sugar free cold foam. I was told the cold foam was with sugar. To my surprise I was told they end up making the cold foam sugar free for me! Thank you! As I just got out of the gym and this helps me out with my sugar intake for the day! So thanks for being a spotter for me lol!“

“i love this starbucks! i understand the frustration with the other reviews about 1 person working with 8 people in line, but you have to realize that any business at any time can get busy and overwhelming. they're a small location so you wouldn't have 3-4 employees working from open-close. ANYWAYS.. i work a few stores down from Acme and on my break, i got a latte that ended up being wrong. i called to let them know because i wasn't able to leave to come and get a new one so they had someone bring me a new coffee!!! i couldn't believe it.. i've never known a business to go above and beyond like that. the employees at this location are so sweet!“

“We had an excellent experience at this location. Our breakfast sandwiches were hot and fresh and the lady serving was kind and made sure we had what we needed. The coffee was delicious and made perfectly. Five stars and we just randomly stopped here during a road trip. There's not a drive-through, but we ordered ahead on the app and it was easy to retrieve.“

“I was there about a week ago after I got off work around 1030 pm it was very busy and only one person was working taking orders then that same person was going to the other window handing out food there were other ppl there but no one was helping I asked her name as she was handling this well and still remained calm and friendly her name is Karen justice and she deserves a promotion or at least a raise. That wasn't fair she was made to keep running back and forth to do multiple people's jobs but she did it anyway and had great customer service skills.“
