Based on the reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company offers great customer service, great coffee, and great food. The staff is friendly and genuinely happy, making customers feel super special, especially during the pandemic. One customer drives 45 minutes everyday to this location because every other one coming from md sucks. The staff is helpful and fast, even fixing a quick snafu with a Refresher in no time flat. For a birthday, a staff member named jessie was friendly and made a customer feel super special. Another time, a customer ordered a sugar free vanilla protein latte with sugar free cold foam and was told the cold foam was with sugar, but to their surprise, they made the cold foam sugar free. The location has lots of parking and easy accessibility to get back on Pulaski Highway. It is also kid-friendly, as staff quickly fixed a wrong Refresher Flavor for a little one.
