Make the best coffee in Elkton don't go to the one in Big Elk Mall.
The purple hair girl with glasses made me the best frozen mocha I’ve ever had in my life. She was the sweetest and had great customer service skills. She deserves a raise! !!!!!’
I love this particular store because they are very personal and friendly. The moment I pull up they are finishing my order over the speaker. The staff is always friendly and my doggies are watching constantly when they hear the whip cream going in their little treat cups lol

Dunkin' is a popular coffee and donut shop that offers a variety of menu items, including coffee, donuts, and other baked goods. The service at Dunkin' can be hit or miss, with some customers reporting excellent service from friendly and helpful staff, while others have encountered rude and unhelpful employees. The coffee is generally described as tasty and well-made, and the store is noted for its cleanliness. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the drive-through service, as the lobby is sometimes closed, forcing customers to wait in long lines to pick up their orders.
According to recent customer reviews, the staff at Dunkin' have demonstrated their ability to adapt and provide excellent service even in challenging situations. During a recent storm, when the computers were not working, the staff greeted customers outside and kept the line moving, ensuring that orders were correct and customers were treated with kindness and a positive attitude.
Customers who have switched to a new Dunkin' location have also reported positive experiences, with their drinks being made perfectly and their food being prepared correctly. The staff at these locations have been described as kind and helpful, which has contributed to a positive customer experience.
While some customers have expressed concerns about the rising prices of certain menu items, such as the wake-up wrap and medium black cold brew, Dunkin' continues to provide a decent coffee and donut experience overall.
