“I appreciate the help of Brandon with his great customer service and making sure that I would get my food quickly. The system went down with my order, but he didn't panic. Brandon had me pull to the side, got my order ready within 2 minutes, and walked my food out to me. He said that he cared about customer satisfaction, and it clearly showed. Thank you for your help!“

“I can't explain why it was so much better than normal but I'll try. It wasn't just bc it was the freshest,hottest food I have received in a hot minute(pun intended) but it was about how the drive thru employee was just a joy. Made my day, to tell U the truth,which is why the food tasted so much better. I ate it w/ a smile on my face,having restored faith in humanity! Thanks again! I don't know Ur name but U know who U R. “I’ve been going to Karma for months now and realized I’ve never taken the time to post a review. First, some wonderful people work here. Second I’ve yet to eat or drink something here I would not recommend, but, I have some favorites for sure- Dharma, OM, power yogurt bowl, always Iced coffee with oat milk. Highly recommend stopping and giving Katie and her crew a try.“
