“The place is inside the State Of Delaware Carvel Building. In a corner on the second floor, you can see it from far once you enter through the building doors. You have to go through super quick security check.
My cold brew was great and Bruno really followed my indications with the amount of flavor and milk. Excellent place and attention!“

“If I could give this place and its people 10 stars, it wouldn't be enough! Spending a couple weeks in Wilmington for work, I knew I was going to need a good coffee place. On the first day we came here, and my search was over! Not only is the breakfast sandwich a thing dreams are made of, every single coffee drink, with their unique flavors and top notch preparations, was amazing. And did I mention dirty ice!? Genius. And it gets better because the staff and owners are legit some of the best people you'll meet anywhere! When you walk in the first time, you feel welcomed and special. And as you stand back and observe, they know the names of so many who walk in, and it's the same cast of characters every day. And to me, that says something important. That says this place is the real deal. It is clear that there's so much care and talent wrapped up in Bean Head. I was sad to have to leave Wilmington purely because I wouldn't get to visit anymore, and I have yet to find a coffee drink or breakfast sandwich to rival. If you're ever in Wilmington, this should be your first and last stop for coffee!“

“Jennifer Ballintyn and team made a wonderful cake for my wedding reception at Longwood Gardens! I chose a simple, elegant design. At Longwood, the florist decorated it with edible flower petals to make it even more beautiful. It was delicious and there was enough cake for everyone (around 100 guests)! Thank you so much! They also give you a free anniversary cake if you ask!“

“I googled to see what time they closed. I mistakenly thought they closed at 8pm. So I ordered from the app at 640pm.

As my love and I were driving to do a U-turn, saw that the Dunkin (Naamans Rd) was dark. We pulled up, and someone came to the door and opened it for us.

It was after 7, and they waited for us to show up. This has been our dunkin for a while now, mind you, there is a dunkin (Philadelphia Pike) 3 minutes from us.

We will take the extra time to come to this dunkin on Naamans Rd, because their coffee is always amazing. Delicious food, always a smile.

Even if my love isn't there, they always ask for her and see how everyone is doing.“

“Stopped in for a quick coffee and ended up staying longer than I planned. The pastries looked incredible, and somehow tasted even better. Everything was fresh, flaky, and clearly made with care. The coffee was smooth, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the whole place had a relaxed but upscale feel. It's the kind of spot you find yourself thinking about later in the day. Definitely one of the best coffee stops in Wilmington, and I'll be back soon.“

“My new fave Starbucks location! They welcomed my service dog, gave him a tall drink of ice water and a pup-cup. My shaken iced tea was perfection. The staff was friendly and genuinely interested in my pit bull SD. The 'glow' from my special visit lasted all day. Thanks so much for just being as awesome as you are!“

“I come in every other day or every couple days and i get a energy cold brew or mocha and carmel ice coffee, I love the cashier, shes friendly and is always on point and remembers my order. My ice coffees are always on point and made just how I like them!!“

“This location is pretty much a carry out coffee shop, and people are too quick to badmouth or judge the employees or service they receive in the 2-3 minutes spent inside the store not realizing how this could affect them. If you’re running late, it’s no one’s fault but yours. Additionally, someone here complained about the drive-thru service, when clearly this location does not have a drive-thru. So when checking the reviews for this store, you may be reading a review for another place. I’ve been going to this location (McKennans’s Church road) for 20+ years and would not go anywhere else despite there being 2 other ones that are closer (Pike Creek and Hockessin)“
