“We absolutely loved every morsel and our server was top notch! First time we ever tried the beef skewers and the wedge salad was one of the best we've ever had. Our entrées were spectacular as well. And then our espresso martinis were a great way to end the evening. Thank you!!!“
“The restaurant is near a corporate center and has a large parking lot. The main room where we sat was very noisy. The server was excellent and the food was delicious. My husband had the lasagna and I had the acorn agnolotti. Amazing Italian bread too. And they have a little market onsite filled with items to purchase. I would definitely recommend and return.“
“The staff is always very nice. Only 1 time(this year) of my years of going to Mary's did I not enjoy my food. I didn't tell my server but told the cashier(older man) on my way out because I had gotten the special and the meat was freezer burnt. He totally blew me off showing no interest at all. Oh well I will be back because the great food, staff and prices are what I like so much about Mary's. Highly recommend!!!“
“Metro never disappoints! I’ve never not had a good meal, the service is always excellent, and the environment is clean. They also have the best ranch in town! Haha. Great place, great staff, I love it! Sarah provides excellent service, be sure to ask for her!“
“Back in 2013, Kid Shelleen’s Charcoal House and Saloon in Wilmington’s Trolley Square was one of my favorite spots to rotate in and out of my afternoon or evening eateries whenever I was in Delaware. As a regular at Kid Shelleen's, I can't recommend it enough! The staff is like family - always friendly and welcoming.Their build your own charbroiled burgers are the absolute best, perfectly cooked and juicy - you won't find anything like them elsewhere. They also have great happy hour specials on drinks, and jumbo wings where a favorite as well. There's a real sense of community with the friendly regulars. It's a fantastic place for a delicious meal and a fun atmosphere!“
“My husband & I came here for the first to celebrate our anniversary and his 30th Birthday. We were absolutely blown away with the service and delicious food! Karen was our server, she was so pleasant and attentive with questions we had. My husband ordered the NY Strip w| Crab Cake & he throughly enjoyed it! I ordered the Salmon, substituted the salad for Garlic Potatoes and they were so yummy! & we also both ordered dessert. It’s affordable for the amazing quality that you get. We will definitely be back!“
“What a perfect evening/dinner. The presentation and flavors of the smoked trout and asparagus appetizer were phenomenal. The Rockfish was perfect. I never order dessert but will here based on last 2 visits. Pastry chef is a godsend. Tasted my friend’s sorbet and OMG!“
“Beautiful place! I could see why this restaurant was voted best diner and breakfast. We enjoyed everything we had. The service was excellent. Clean and loved the woodwork on the walls. Best breakfast sausage we ever ate. The Western omelette is also delicious. This will be a place we come back to every time we are in town. Prices were also good just remember CASH only.“
“Wow! We should have gone to Oath 84 sooner, because it's awesome. Super friendly staff, fantastic warm atmosphere, and a menu of creative, elevated dishes. We especially loved the beet salad and the buffalo chicken dip. We will definitely be back soon, and we love that they're just a block from Huxley & Hiro bookstore :) So happy to have Oath 84 in our community. Open late as well, even on a Wednesday!“
“This past September my fiancé and I decided to finally head over to this cute quaint cafe around the corner from our new home. We hear the live music often, and see people having a great time and decided to give it a go for my 35th birthday. Food was great, band was playing decent music, it did not disappoint. The only issue was our server wasn’t as attentive as they could have been. Not sure if they thought we weren’t going to spend much or tip well or what. We would have stayed longer had the service been a little better. Overall nice atmosphere, seasonal fresh menu, live music. It was a nice birthday dinner. Only giving 4 stars as I felt we wouldn’t have had to flag down their not busy server for a drink or anything else we needed. This is also why we haven’t back as it made us feel very out of place. I hope to check out their current menu soon though and reporting back. I work in the service industry and not every day am I 100%. So I’ll give it another go. ?“
“The?Columbus center is a great place to have a beer with friends , and the food is also a pretty darn good. I enjoy the bar side best but have also eaten in the restaurant if you want a more upscale experience. Not the cheapest of options but you get what you pay for most of the time and this place is no exception.“
“We had a family get-together for my brother, and the GPS took us just around the corner. Lol.. But it was exquisite, pricey but worth every cent. I will be returning, Try the shrimp scampy & the lobster artichoke and cheese auntray. Mmmm, I loved it. Just my opinion. Oh, our server took our orders and was very pleasant and understanding we had her all over the place when taking the orders. But she was top-notch / on point served everyone exactly what they ordered with no mix-up. Thank you. ?Vegetarian options: My sisters order was no meat, no seafood. And she was very pleased with the salad she ordered.Dietary restrictions: Other than my sister, we all were satisfied with the food.Parking: You pick and park.Kid-friendliness: Every table had coloring if you had a child in your party. We didn't, but it was nice that they thought of the children.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they had accommodations for wheelchairs entry and seating.“
“Haven't been there for awhile but very very good. Service excellent, food hot and fresh. We had chicken parmigiano, broiled stuffed flounder and liver at our table. Everyone raved about their meals. We'll go back. Just there for breakfast, blueberry hot cakes hot, hugh and so good. Shorthandedbut service was still great.Updat: Had breakfast today, place was packed but service great, food hot and delicious. Still staying very busy and seem to have more staff. Minor issue, dinner came too soon after we got our salads.“
“A gem of a breakfast option. Great food options with great flavor. Fresh fruit and a balanced coffee is surprisingly hard to come by sometimes. The French toast was good, but the smoothie bowl with almond buttered toast was perfect. That sprinkle of large grain salt on top was a nice touch (to someone who usually prefers unsalted nut butters). Definitely recommend.“
“Nice restaurant/bar. Had good variety of beers. Food was good and they had couple of Throw Back Thursday specials. Add ons like fried mushrooms and truffle fries can up your bill so be aware of extra costs. But overall a very nice experience.“
“I love Brew HaHa, especially this Greenville location ✨The cozy atmosphere and unique interior makes me wanna stay here for hours.Their mozzarella and tomato sandwich is my favorite, I order it all the time and this location makes it perfectly each time. The service is always friendly too.I’m also a huge fan of their seasonal drinks and always like to try them all out even though I usually don’t enjoy coffee. So far none have disappointed me and I’m always looking forward to come back ☺️“
“Went last night in a group of 12. All of the group members were raving about the food and service. Including myself. We had a nice chat with Glenn who came out and told us about the room we were dining in and how the restaurant was decorated. Super nice guy and our wait staff were friendly and patient with us all. The food was delicious and beautifully served. From the burger up to the Filet (perfectly cooked). I look forward to going back.“
“I have been coming to Angels for several years now. Other diners and restaurants have come and gone over the years but this one has remained and over a few decades now. Ownership has changed a few times but not the quality of their food. For lunch they have great burgers and turkey club and good salads and soups. For breakfast the omelettes and bacon are quite good, and dinner has many options with my favorites being orange roughy and mahi mahi.“
“Missed breakfast, but wowed by dinner service and Sam's hospitality! Our stay at The Westin in Delaware started with a slight misstep - we arrived just after the 10 am breakfast cutoff. Disappointed but ready for dinner (starting at 5 pm), we waited eagerly for the doors to open.Upon entering, we were promptly seated and warmly welcomed by Ariana and our server, Sam. Their attentiveness and friendliness immediately impressed us. When I mentioned the lack of a microwave in the room and my desire for the roasted chicken, Sam surprised me by offering to have maintenance bring one! This blew me away, and I happily accepted her offer. My husband, Dr. Angel, opted for the cheeseburger. Both portions were generous, and we couldn't finish them all.The next morning, we enjoyed a delicious in-room breakfast. This Thanksgiving getaway was the perfect blend of relaxation, planning for future business ventures, and indulging in delicious food. While our room and the hotel was very dated, the staff, particularly Sam, were exceptional and made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely be returning to The Westin in the future!“
“If your tired of the noisy pub grub and want fair price superbly prepared fine food in a comfy and classy atmosphere, Culinaria is your place. It has become our go-to place for fine dining and we've always enjoyed the food, service, and ambiance. We frequent Culinaria several times per year. This time our table of 4 had salmon, lamb chops, and trout topped with crabmeat. Everyone loved their meals and there were some left overs for lunch tomorrow. Highly recommend.Parking: Access and parking is fine.Kid-friendliness: Seems to be kid friendly but you won't find chicken fingers nad french fries on the menu so check out the menus before bringing children.Wheelchair accessibility: No problem with wheelchair accessiblity.“
“Picked up ox tail and jerk chicken today. It was ready within a few minutes of me calling it in. Staff were super friendly, food was fantastic and price was very reasonable! I ordered larges and felt that the serving was very generous. Dropped off jerk chicken at my husband's job as a surprise treat for him, he loved it as well. Ox tail was so good I ate the entire large container in one sitting! Highly recommended this place and will most certainly be back!“
“Some of the best wings in Delaware, and probably one of the best beer selections too. They stock a lot of local beers, so if you ever wanted to try some beer produced locally, this is a great place to try.Parking: There is a parking on the side of the building, but sometimes the lot can get full as it's shared with other businesses.“
“The food was OK, until I got to the cold homefries. To top it off, "I'm sorry?" Sorry does not warm my food and sorry definitely does me no good when I preferred to have eaten them with my meal and not bag them to eat later! "Sorry"“
“Absolutely my most favorite chicken salad sandwich ever! I've tried to re-create this chicken salad at home, and it's just never as good. Cavanaugh's always has delicious food - my husband's grilled chicken BLT sandwich was delicious as was his fries. I just love this place!“
“Great food, great city location for parking garage, excellent waitstaff, no delays. They asked what brought us out on a rainy night, I told them we were seeing a show at the playhouse, as it was a birthday gift for my wife. When we ordered dessert, the waitress brought out a sparkler candle and told us the dessert was on the house! We will be back many times!“
“My sister and Fiancé usually go Suite 4 Eleven for date night. One particular Saturday she asked me to go with them so they could see if this would be a great place to hold their after party for the wedding. Needless to say we will be booking a section in September for after the wedding. This is our new hangout spot. The DJ,food, hookah and professionalism of the staff is what absolutely sold it for us!“
“Hideaway is one of our favorite go to places in north Wilmington The staff members are friendly, sociable and are always willing to accommodate even when it's busy. There are plenty of great food options to choose from and all of them are worth having.“
“First time here recommended by a friend. It was raining so we couldn't sit outside but we're very comfortable inside. Cute place, historic. First tavern in Delaware. Our server Sara was sweet and attentive. I was hoping for traditional Irish food but it's mainly bar food. I was pleasantly surprised. Our drinks were great. We had Philly rolls, delicious. Onion rings, delicious. For entree I had fish and chips, incredible,! Hubby had the John D burger, fresh and tasty, did not need any condiments. The fries were especially delicious, skin on and seasoned perfectly. I will definitely be back with friends.I wish they had dessert.“
“I extremely like the new look. I really miss the decor they used to have with sports stuff on the walls. Food is great as usual. Chicken wings taste definitely better if you ask for them more well done than normal.. Adds that crispy texture. My personal favorite.. Burgers are phenomenal.“
“I love having breakfast here. The staff have been great every time I have been here. I have had the pancakes, omelettes, hash brown, sausage biscuits and gravy, and ham here and all have been prepared just the way I like it. This place is much better than some other places in the area that are more expensive.“
“The food is great never had a bad meal or appetizer. They are creative with the menu. The salads are great! Burgers are sooo good. Cheese steaks come very close to the philly style. The pretezel and cheese sauce omg the best!!!! Service is awesome ? and the environment is always good vibes. Zac is my favorite bartender. He has great energy and always get my order right!!! I love the selection of beers and the diversity of choices. One of my favorite places to eat.“
“Title: A Delightful Culinary Journey at Corner Bistro!Review:I recently had the pleasure of dining at Corner Bistro, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warm and inviting ambiance that set the stage for a truly remarkable dining experience. We were with two kids coming from soccer practice and did not know how nice the restaurant was, so we were under dressed.Let's start with the menu. Corner Bistro offers a diverse selection of dishes that cater to a variety of tastes and preferences. The menu is expertly crafted, featuring a fusion of flavors and innovative combinations that showcase the culinary prowess of the talented chefs. The food itself was simply outstanding. Each dish is prepared with great attention to detail, and it's evident that only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients are used. I had the pleasure of trying their half chicken served over mashed potatoes, fish tacos, and off the menu butter pasta prepared for my two children which they devoured. The service at Corner Bistro was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were more than happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions you may have about the menu. Throughout my meal, I felt well taken care of, and the staff's genuine passion for their work shone through. The atmosphere at Corner Bistro is another standout feature. The cozy and intimate setting creates a relaxed and enjoyable dining environment. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or having a casual dinner with friends, the restaurant's ambiance is perfectly suited for any occasion.Lastly, I must mention the attention to detail that Corner Bistro demonstrates. From the beautiful presentation of the dishes to the thoughtfully curated wine list, every aspect of the dining experience is carefully considered. It's evident that the team behind Corner Bistro is dedicated to providing their guests with an extraordinary culinary journey. In conclusion, Corner Bistro is a hidden gem that deserves recognition for its exceptional food, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere. It's a place where flavors come alive, and every bite is a delight. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant to experience a truly memorable dining experience.“
“The Pub at the Delcastle Inn at the Delcastle Golf Course is a favorite late evening spot to enjoy the sunset and nibble on some tasty food al fresco. They are open until 8 pm so it's just late enough to catch the beautiful views. The food is consistent and although it's a limited menu, everything we have tried has been really good. Sometimes they are out of things like celery or carrot sticks for the wings, or a menu item that sold out during the day. Their fries are fantastic! I would love to see more salads on the menu like a Waldorf Salad, Chicken Caesar salad, or even offer balsamic vinaigrette for some healthier options. Crudites with hummus and pita would be welcome too. Julinna has always given us the most friendly and helpful customer service with a smile. We'll definitely be back time and again.“
“The mushroom soup was absolutely delicious! Sandwiches were tasty, filling and served with a choice of side. Beverages were over priced in my opinion, but I'm not much for alcohol. We just happened upon the place while in the area and we're glad we did!“
“I only ordered take-out, but the dining room looked like a nice place to eat. Plenty of parking here and it’s located right in the middle of Route 202, so you can stop in on the way to or from anywhere. The staff seemed really chill and the chef in the back added everything I asked for on my fries with no problem, which usually can be a hassle at other places. I highly recommend loaded fries if you’re looking for comfort food.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible at both entrances!“
“I drove by this place for years wondering what it could be like. Ive always had high hopes as it is very close to where I live. my feelings were that if the vibe was right, then it could be super convenient. My wife and daughter were away for the night so I stopped in. I was immediately disconcerted over the amount of older men who reaked of retired police. After a beer I realized that my stereotyping was on point. However, much to my surprise they were completely void of any pretention and remarkably friendly, hence this review. The bartender was attentive, and sociable. The regulars were comfortable, and non judgmental. Everything was clean and the prices were reasonable. Comfy seats and a smoking area out front. Plenty of parking too. This place rules.“
“We were driving down I-95 and hopped off looking for a place for lunch and came across the Charcoal Pit. We did takeout of a Tuna Salad sandwich and a Classic Burger. The tuna was fresh and there was enough for two sandwiches on it. My wife's burger was cooked medium rare, just as she asked (and too many places can't or won't get right) and she enjoyed it. The fries were very good and there were a lot in the bag.“
“Wonderful food and service. We were pleasantly surprised, having pre-judged as it being just another steakhouse chain restaurant. Not the case however...just goes to show you shouldn't judge anything until you give it an honest try. Glad we did and can't wait to go “
“I stopped in for Saturday afternoon brunch, which is an odd concept for me. I have been to this location through a bunch of owners, going back to 1992. The current people have it set up well, very clean and well lit. I got the Classic Benedict and a side of eggs. The Benedict part was great, with the caveat that the English muffins were difficult to cut. It came with homefries that had more spice than I like, but only a tiny bit. The side of eggs was served sunny side up, though I had ordered over medium. They were still good. I spoke with the bartender, who was also the one who took the order at the table, and it sounded like an honest mistake from not hearing me correctly. I had a few mimosas and belinis, added another standalone side of bacon and an order of fried Oreos. The drinks were perfect. The bacon was crispy. The fried Oreos had ice cream on them and some version of whipped cream. Everything turned out great. The brunch prices were very good, too. So, if you get the chance to stop in for a brunch, try it out.Parking: There are parking spaces all around the place.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't know whether there is still a wheelchair accessible entrance in the back of the upper section, but there is a curb cut and ramp by each front door. The lower section has the better wheelchair accessible bathroom. The transition from upper section to lower is a set of stairs, so anybody trying to go from one section to the other in a wheelchair pretty much has to go out one front door and come back in through the other front door.“
“I ordered through Uber eats this time but the first time i went into the store they didn’t have gritz ? but babe did they have it this go round and it was slamming good im talking cooked to perfection and still warm please keep the grits on the menu ??“
“TY for accommodating our party of 18 on a Saturday… Your fried calamari was so yummy, the flight of soup was a brilliant idea for someone who’s undecisive to be able to sample 3 different cups, my crab cake was so amazing - I’m drooling just thinking about the jumbo lumps of crab chunks!!! By the way hubby & I noticed the American Psycho decors right away as we’re huge fans of the book & movie. Last but def not least, the service was great even though there were 18 of us with some loud kiddos.“
