“First time ordering from here tonight and we WILL BE BACK… like a lot. We live in pike creek and will make the drive. We got the red beans and rice, gumbo and tomato soup and we need to try the rest of the menu! My husband and I just got back from New Orleans and my husband was sad because he loved the food so I googled and found this place! The gumbo was literally better than we had down there 😍 SO GOOD. And everyone working when I picked up (one was the owners daughter) were so passionate about how they make everything from scratch and kept giving me samples of everything and telling me their story. It’s a WONDERFUL locally owned place that should be protected at all costs. Cannot recommend enough!“

“We had an excellent experience at La Fia! The food was imaginative and delicious. The presentation was lovely. I was pleased to find 'normal' size portions - not the mounds of cheap pasta you find at some restaurants. The dessert was especially special. Great service, too. Will definitely be back!“

“I Was in town for a Private Event, it was held at Keem's, Christian was manager that evening. My husband and I had a wonderful time, EVERYTHING was amazing, we have been talking about the food all the way back to Virginia! Thank you to the Entire Staff for all your efforts! “My boyfriend and I had dinner there recently and it was excellent. I had the Mediterranean shrimp appetizer, the calamari, which we shared and my boyfriend had the chicken salad BLT sandwich. We enjoyed our meal so much. They were busy but the service was very good.
Once again my boyfriend and I went to dinner last night. My boyfriend had his usual, the chicken BLT sandwich and I had the crispy peruvian shrimp tacos. We were happy with our meal and outstanding waiter.“

“It was nice to have dinner inside a restaurant. You could see the care of clean up, the guests were spaced nicely. Our meals were fresh, full of flavor, and enough for a lunch the following day. Our server Pat was her ever charming self and mixes a great basil lemon cocktail.“

“My homegirl and I absolutely love Carmens Kitchen. Dominicana Mami in the back knows EXACTLY what she is doing in that kitchen. Very welcoming environment and always good conversation.

It is best to order ahead so when you get to the the restaurant it is ready. This is authentic Puerto Rican food and takes a little time. They get busy fast because of the deliciousness and soul this local owned business brings to the community.

“I love honeygrow it’s a favorite of mine but today I discovered the Honey Bar thanks to Shai! He was awesome with guiding me on the kiosk to build my own and it was delicious! The staff were all nice friendly and attentive. Thank you for your hospitality ❤“

The bread is great and the sauce was really flavorful. The arrancini balls were good.

“Fresco Pizzeria is one of my favorite local spots in Delaware. They have an incredibly extensive menu with something for everyone, from pizza and pasta to wraps, salads, and a great variety of sandwiches. The sandwiches are especially delicious, made with fresh ingredients and generous portions.
One thing I really appreciate is the flexibility of ordering pizza by the slice or by the whole pie, making it perfect whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or feeding a group. The food is consistently fresh, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.
If you’re looking for great pizza, excellent sandwiches, and plenty of menu options, Fresco Pizzeria is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!“

“Scalessa's gave me 2 great things. The first was the happy flashback of eating at Priori's at home. The secons was that Scalessa's food was out of this world. I had the Four Cheese Gnocchi which bards would write poems about. I cannot say enough about the awesomeness of this fine establishment! I will definitely come back when I visit my sister again.👍“
