“My boyfriend and I had dinner there recently and it was excellent. I had the Mediterranean shrimp appetizer, the calamari, which we shared and my boyfriend had the chicken salad BLT sandwich. We enjoyed our meal so much. They were busy but the service was very good.

Once again my boyfriend and I went to dinner last night. My boyfriend had his usual, the chicken BLT sandwich and I had the crispy peruvian shrimp tacos. We were happy with our meal and outstanding waiter.“

“The small plates were delicious and beautiful, nice atmosphere and Maria our server was outstanding. It was a very enjoyable dinner and they made my husband's birthday special.“

“I tried the mozzarella as an appetizer and the Tenderloin for the meal. The mozzarella was very good. Between the peppers and topping that was a great was to start out. The Tenderloin was ok. The Gravy had a very good flavor but the meat itself i didn't think was that good. The mashed potatoes were nicely prepared and the asparagus was hot but still had a snap to them, which is just the way I like it. Add a nice bourbon to it all and it makes for a good meal. Cozy atmosphere to the place. Definitely worth checking out.“

“Excellent food always my favorite place to eat out. The fish tacos are out of this world and a must to try the cauliflower curry soup delicious dad they closed in Middletown but its worth traveling where ever they are because their just that good!“

“The staff was so amazing. There ability to recall the menu and make suggestions for me was nice/helpful. We were celebrating my friends birthday and they brought out a nice cake and candle. Loved the atmosphere, the food was delicious, and desserts were out of this world tasty.“

“BEST PIZZA IN WEST SIDE OF WILMINGTON, HANDS DOWN!! If your looking a good slice of any type of pizza this should be your go too place!! I ♡ their white veggie pizza. They also cut up cucumbers & onion for me to take home. The food & service is top notch. The gas station side (Liberty Gas) the service is not as friendly at all. I only shop at Liberty bc Quick Meal & their service is so good.“

However, they were very accommodating and we had the best server, Amanda, who made sure I was completely comfortable and taken care of. “Picked up ox tail and jerk chicken today. It was ready within a few minutes of me calling it in. Staff were super friendly, food was fantastic and price was very reasonable! I ordered larges and felt that the serving was very generous. Dropped off jerk chicken at my husband's job as a surprise treat for him, he loved it as well. Ox tail was so good I ate the entire large container in one sitting! Highly recommended this place and will most certainly be back!“

“I work closeby to this restaurant and had been wanting to give them a try. I never had African food before and I was curious so after work was over on Thursday I stopped in to try a lamb shank with yellow rice. It was so good! The lamb fell off the bone smoothly and the yellow rice was flavorful. I was afraid the dish was going to be spicy but they put the spice in a small container on the side. Service was friendly and fast. The price came out $20, which was not bad at all. Next time I will try either the dibi or the peanut sauce dish. 10 out of 10 Kenedougou Grill, thank you for introducing me to African food. I recommended this restaurant to my family and anyone who is curious about African food. Give it a try, you won't regret it.“

“We just had a bridal shower there in May 2025. We picked Chelsea Tavern because it was in a central location for our 2 families to come together and celebrate. All I can say is that everything was fantastic! The service, the room, the attention to detail was perfect! The food was phenomenal! The portions were huge and tasted terrific! Madelyn was a wonderful hostess and Rob the best bartender and pancake bar chef! We couldn’t ask for a better day.
