“My group of five just returned from lunch at Di Paolo’s and, my goodness, they absolutely nailed it. Our server, Eri, was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun—he made the whole experience feel personal rather than just another lunch service.

The fall cocktail menu deserves its own mention: creative, extensive, and delish. The Pumpkin Spice White Russian was the unanimous favorite at our table.

Most of us went with the three-course lunch special for just $20 (with one holdout who understandably couldn’t resist the famous crabcake), and we were truly impressed. Soup or salad, an entree, AND dessert for $20 feels almost suspiciously generous these days. The salads were fresh and flavorful, portions were substantial. The spicy rigatoni was excellent, just the right amount of heat. The salmon and shrimp entree was another table favorite.

And perhaps the smartest part of the whole deal: leaving with a delicious dessert. Lunch now, little treat later. Perfect.

“My guys have the best pizza and cheese fries!!!! Board walk pizza is the best. When working I will run and grab a slice or 2 of their pizza always great!!!! Remember they are always busy, so deliver may take longer but worth the wait. And if you don’t believe me walk and see how many orders are going out the door!!!!“

We got the red beans and rice, gumbo and tomato soup and we need to try the rest of the menu! My husband and I just got back from New Orleans and my husband was sad because he loved the food so I googled and found this place! The gumbo was literally better than we had down there 😍 SO GOOD. And everyone working when I picked up (one was the owners daughter) were so passionate about how they make everything from scratch and kept giving me samples of everything and telling me their story. It is best to order ahead so when you get to the the restaurant it is ready. This is authentic Puerto Rican food and takes a little time. They get busy fast because of the deliciousness and soul this local owned business brings to the community.

“We were just passing through on our way to the Jersey shore and just happened to find this diner. Woodstown is a nice small town in a farming community. The diner is actually pretty large and was busy with lots of people. It was in fact Father’s Day. Quick service to the table and looking at the menu they serve lots of food. We ordered breakfast and the food came out fast and hot. Very friendly staff and they came over several times to make sure everything was OK. Told the cashier that we are traveling and maybe we can make it back on our return trip to Florida. We love finding special places to eat when we travel. “Dinner at Masamoto was suggested by a friend, so you're getting a twofer review. If you love sushi how can you go wrong?

We went with another couple on a Wednesday night. (Now you're up to 5 people recommending this place-bonus!) The place is small, so we made reservations. Sadly, we were the only customers when we arrived. I was a little concerned, but once rush hour died down the place got busy. The kitchen was hopping, creating table and take out orders. And for good reason.

We ordered a bunch of sushi rolls. They all looked amazing when brought to the table. There's no point in telling you which rolls we order, because they were all great and the menu has so many choices. And they will even make you gluten-free rolls and fried rice if you ask.

You don't go to Masamoto if you don't like sushi, so go and enjoy some wonderful creations.

It's usually true what they say about cozy hole in the wall restaurants. Masamoto is such a place, and deserves to be packed every night. If you want Asian flair and the extra costs for decorations and loud music - good for you, but you're missing out. Masamoto is a mom-n-pop type place with great food and a fantastic staff. They are helpful and happy to take care of you. For me, a genuinely cheery staff is what makes a place feel welcoming.

Masamoto is a place you go for the food and the company. Make some time and treat yourself.
Oh, and bring your favorite saki, wine, or bubbly. They are BYOB. Your belly and your wallet will thank you!

I can not rate on the atmosphere or in-person service because we have not been in person, but overall, this is a 5-star experience for our business.“
