“I live in pike creek and I have a Chinese place near me. I recently purchased food from this place and ohhh man! I will continue to drive the extra miles for this place! The food compared to the place next to me has won my heart! The place is very friendly, I don’t know the man’s name at the front but he was extremely friendly. So friendly I had to tip him!“

“We got sesame chicken and sweet & sour chicken both with pork fried rice. The sesame chicken was crisp with just enough sauce and the sweet & sour chicken was so crunchy! The rice is flavorful with tender bits of pork and chunks of onion that were the perfect texture. The shrimp and pork rolls were golden brown and I wish I got more honestly. First time going; I heard about it from a friend at work. I definitely plan on going back and trying more!“

“King Garden is very good. I'm picky about my Chinese food takeout and will only get it at like 2 places. I have gotten it 3 times when my usual places were not open or too far. Now I will be considering this as one of my regular places. The food was fresh and they followed my special request which most places ignore. Dinner was great!!!“

“So I go to mimi's teriyaki all the time for their boba!! They have the best green tea around!! I usually get sushi from them, But today was the first time i've ever tried a bento box, And let me say they did a great job!! Everything was absolutely delicious! I got the chicken teriyaki with white rice 2 Spring rolls.2 chicken dumplings a 4 piece, California roll and a small salad. It was enough for 2 meals, and again it was spot on! Will be getting more bento boxes in the future!“

“4 stars based off of portion size...and fresh chicken and rice...Nice sized portions... The general and sesame chicken was tender and cooked perfectly.. not overcooked at all... Tasted a little bland in flavor... So could have used just a little more sauce... Other than that they tasted alright... The pork fried rice... Was good... You can tell it was actually fresh for once... The chicken lo mein noodles... Were a little sticky... But they were edible and ok... The egg roll I believe may have been stale or refried... Im not sure.. but it tasted like grease... And we just trashed those.. they were no good... The homemade teas were sweet and delicious...I guess I would recommend this spot.. but honestly im not even sure... This may be a hit or miss type of spot... Good luck“

“Found this place on my way back home. Was a little hesitant at first, because the store appears really run down and shabby. I asked someone walking past if they had good food. They said yes,so i took a chance. Probably THE BEST Chinese food I've had since moving to wilmington. They're egg rolls are handmade and I love them! Everything I've gotten there has been extremely good. The lady has always been nice. If you don't let the outside appearance to derail you, you will be very happy. Not in the best area, and I've always gone there for their lunch specials and I've never had any issues. FYI, if you like hot oil, theirs is seriously HOT! I don't order or go anywhere else for my Chinese food now..“

We love the wonton soup and fried rice as well, and everything we've tried from the non-sushi menu has always been a cut above. Everything tastes prepared fresh that day; the vegetables are crisp; it's never overloaded with salty, gooey sauce. So many places just cover up mushy vegetables and old rice with sugar-heavy sauce because it's what we Americans expect, but this restaurant seems to actually care about putting out quality. “I was originally going to give this restaurant a 4 Star because I’ve had a few issues in the past w/ this business such as long deliveries and being charged for items that I did not order etc...however, the food is great! And just the fact that they deliver makes it all the much greater. Classic chinese food with a clean, yummy taste. “We had a great lunch here. We were seated right away. We ordered the lunch special General Tso's Chicken, lunch special Shrimp Pad Thai, and combination rolls (choose any two for $12).

We got a shrimp tempura roll and the spicy crab roll, both were good. The spicy crab roll was our favorite. The food was flavorful and tasty at a great price with good portions for a lunch special! Our bill came to under $43 before tip! If you're looking for a quick bite, a casual spot to have dinner with family or a date location- this spot is a great choice!

I got a 32oz of rice and 32oz of mixed veggies (large) they only serve in boxes not platter plate kind of thing. Payed with plastic. Food was hot. Brown sauce was cooked well. ... they didnt pack napkins or utensils so make sure to ask if u need. Called in order. Never judge a book by its cover lolol bc personality is rare it seems these days lolol. Will be back. Going to get the garlic white sauce next time or steamed. Just because the brown sauce be messing with me lowkey. Depends on the place as far as severity. I usually get a stuffy nose for like an hr. This place wasnt bad. “Small place, mostly for takeout or delivery - I've tried many other places, but Great Wall has been my go-to when I get a craving, for 16 years. My family has never had complaints like some other reviews. Would be nice if the place got fixed up a little more, but even with delivery the food is always super hot and freshly made!
