“Arrived at around 6:00 p.m. on a Tuesday night to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were greeted by the friendly staff. All food selections were delicious! The staff even prepared a dessert and fruit platter for the birthday celebrant. They even sang happy birthday to the celebrant! Great food, awesome staff, and a night to remember! Highly recommend!“

“We ordered take out 3/15/24 for dinner we had an order of crab Rangoon to start, I had shrimp in garlic sauce my son had General Tso’s chicken extra spicy and my husband had chicken in garlic sauce all were combination entrees. We were very pleased, everything was absolutely delicious from the crab Rangoon, egg rolls that came with our meals. It was absolutely delicious since my son & I became loyal customers since 2012.“
“Rice has long been our go-to place in DE for sashimi: thick cuts (as they should be), always fresh, expertly prepared. We love the wonton soup and fried rice as well, and everything we've tried from the non-sushi menu has always been a cut above. Everything tastes prepared fresh that day; the vegetables are crisp; it's never overloaded with salty, gooey sauce. So many places just cover up mushy vegetables and old rice with sugar-heavy sauce because it's what we Americans expect, but this restaurant seems to actually care about putting out quality. The staff is always courteous, too. Thank you for the lovely Valentine's Day meal my husband just brought home. You all are doing a terrific job.“
“There is a large selection of food. Everything from pizza, chicken, fish, shrimp, crabs, crawfish, frog legs, and all the regular chinese restaurant food. Oh I almost forgot that they do Hibachi and they have a large selection of Sushi. The price is reasonable and food was seasoned good.“

“I stopped by here to get a snack and use the bathroom. I got the boneless pork ribs (slices, really). It was juicy and tasty enough, albeit not extraordinary. The 2 sachets of "hot" sauce I picked up weren't even hot, but whatever. The can of soda was $1.35 ? Global inflation sucks.The ambiance was OK. Not too busy at that moment, and not much noise from the outside. The seats and tables were not sparkling clean, but clean enough that I wasn't grossed out. I'm a bit of a germophobe so I wiped my seat before sitting. Most of the seats are cushioned, which I really appreciated.Anyway overall the meal was pretty run of the mill, yet satisfying, so I left satisfied. “I had made the voyage to Hong Hing with 4 of my friends after school. While the journey was treacherous (in no part due to Hong Hing), our efforts were rewarded handsomely. I ordered the Wonton Soup, and a side order of rice. The portions were hefty, but the cost was extremely reasonable. The cashier served us hesitantly, but carried a smile and was welcoming. The food was enjoyable, and the company grand. All in all, my experience at Hong Hing was superb. Lest these poor reviews dissuade you, Hong Hing is a truly remarkable restaurant, befitting of nothing but 5 stars.“
“Been ordering from here for probably 15 years. They’re take out only. Do you want someone pleasant and smiling? Go somewhere else. Do you want conversation and personality? Go somewhere else. Do you want good food made quickly? This is your place then.
