“Administrative details - While you usually must make a reservation a year in advance (which I did), there are a very few earlier spots available on their website. In addition, if you are on the email list, they send the occasional last-minute availability. Talula’s is BYOB. The price was $125 and with all the other things, taxes, gratuities, it came to $160. The Nook Table is available for 6-8 diners and the Farm Table is for larger parties. Website link is below. Everything is presented in “tasting” small portions. In addition to the menu, they provided a couple of additional offerings. I did not do a good job of capturing the delightful descriptions of the food provided by our server. (The next time I go, I will video the descriptions if they allow.) The group did a great job of bringing wine which was beautifully poured in appropriate glassware by our server. The server also paired the wine with the offerings for us! The service was exceptional without being pretentious. After each tasting, plates, utensils and glasses were cleared and refurbished so discreetly that you hardly noticed. The menu changes with the “farm to table” availability. My favorite was a squash tarte. [I was delighted to find that I did not like the foie gras. It is “made” in a most inhumane and horrible way. This is the only time I have eaten it and I will never eat it again.] I was sorry to find that by the Black Garlic Beef Ribeye (#6 on the list), I was getting to the point of “too much food.” The only downsides were “too much food” for most of us and the wines they suggested for the pairings were hard/impossible to find. I personally did not like the varieties of wines they suggested for pairings. The rest of the party enjoyed the comparable wines they were able to find and allowed the server to pair with the tastings. I will be making a reservation for next year very soon. I have already made a reservation for the “sister” Talula’s Garden in Philly for September.”

“We just had our welcome party for my daughter’s wedding weekend. Meghan, Jordan and Ashley were very easy to reach. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful as well as accommodating. The evening of the event went without any issues.The only change is I would have brought some zip locks for the kids to be able to take the extra cookies and brownies home as a sweet treat that was delicious. That is on me, not them. Wonderful place to have an event that you do not have to worry about anything on that night. They were extremely attentive and flexible the entire evening. Job well done Creamery - great time was had by all that attended”

“This ice cream parlor should really be much better known than it is. There are so many unique flavors. You can get corn ice cream and sprinkle chili powder on it. You can get coconut crunch and sprinkle cinnamon on it. In fact cinnamon tinges many of their prepared ice cream.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. They were extremely patient with my partner and she sampled practically everything in the store. 10-day scooped out some really generous portions for us. The chips and trunks mixed in with ice cream were in January's proportion also. The ice cream is really premium.

My only complaint is that there is no indoor seating. On a hot day you'll be running back to your car for air conditioning to keep your ice cream from melting in your hands. They do have some outdoor bench seating but East State Street is an incline and you'll be sliding down the bench.

Overall the I heartily recommend this ice cream parlor and encourage you to stop in and try some of the unusual flavor selections. It is well worth a slight detour if you are going north or south on US route 1 to make a stop in the historic district shopping district of Kennett square where this.”

“This is my favorite restaurant in Kennett Square. The dishes are both flavorful and authentic. Their satay, dumplings, drunken noodles, pad see ew, pad thai, and panang curry did not disappoint.

They also serve an American style breakfast on the weekends that is better than any I have found in the area. This place is a gem.”

“I have enjoyed many products from Taste of Puebla over the years as they come to my local farmers market. Recently I tried 2 new products - the jalapeño poppers and the queso. Both are quite tasty. The poppers fried up well and are full of flavor. The queso is creamy and not too salty. it's great as a dip or on nachos. I highly recommend both!”

My favorite part about their subs is how their light and fluffy rolls really let the quality of the ingredients shine. “The cafe manager Alicia, and the head chef came to speak with my wife as we're dealing with some minor allergies, they went way further than any other restaurant we've been to and made sure my wife and 1 year old had everything they needed. “My wife and I hadn’t been to a Fox’s Pizza since our college days back in the early 2000s, and returning was such a great experience! The food was delicious, just as we remembered, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Fox’s is a fantastic place to enjoy a great meal, and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!”

We enjoy the casual and fun atmosphere and we enjoy the huge menu that will satisfy any taste. Our favorite is the KOP location. Keep up the good work Plaza Azteca.”

“Surprisingly, this is only our second time there. Last time we just went in for drinks and this time we actually had dinner and it was very good. The heirloom tomato tart is excellent and so were the olives and pizza. The drinks were well-made. This time we came to see our friend Sam play and the acoustics were really good.”

“The staff at this Wendy's were being unfairly harrassed by an an unstable white male as I went through the drive thru tonight. He banged on the doors and yelled through them at the employees, then I saw him walk away back to his car and pick up a rock on the way. He then drove up behind me in thr drive thru and yelled at them through the speaker, pulled out of the drive thru and parked behind the restaurant just waiting. When I pulled to the window, I told the staff what I saw. The shift manager said that he was there all the time and always treated them like this. She said they have reported him in the past but the local police say they can't do anything. The staff at this restaurant were friendly, prompt, and delivered exactly what I ordered. They remained calm and collected while there was an active threat even knowing no one else was coming to help them. I am amazed at how much these folk had to handle while the majority of the staff looked to still be teenagers. No one should have to work in these conditions. If Wendy's is smart, they (or the franchise owner) will look into this situation and give a raise to everyone there.”

“Big shoutout to Giordano’s!! My husband and I had a small courthouse wedding and had about 15 people come to dinner afterwards in one of the private rooms. We were promptly greeted and the manager came in to greet us as well and gave my 2 year old nephew a giant cookie to keep him occupied while we got settled in. All of the staff was very helpful and attentive. They made sure to meet all of our needs and double check that there was no alcohol in one of the entrees sauces and even had it remade to make sure for us. The bartender came over and helped us wrap up our leftover cake so we could save it for our one year anniversary as well. All around a wonderful experience. I haven’t been since before renovations when I worked there and was impressed with all of the updates. It is more modern but still comfortable and the food is absolutely wonderful! As a large group, we ordered quite the variety of entree’s and they were all wonderful! Thank you Gios for a wonderful day my husband and I will never forget!”
