“Sovana Bistro is a great venue for a small party. I was there years ago for a bridal shower and recently for a baby shower. The private room we were in was comfortable and bright even on a rainy day. Guests were seated at long tables, and food was on a buffet table.”

I decided to try Tonkotsu & Karaage chicken.When I got back to the office I was impressed with the packaging. Secure (broth you know!) and my ramen items were packed separately from the broth. Very nice - nothing was "water logged" from swimming in the broth on the drive back.Ramen was very tasty & I enjoyed the large portion and crunch of the Karaage chicken. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to try more!”

We knew after our first visit that it would be our favorite. We're going to host our vow renewal under that Elm tree next year if I have anything to say about it! “The generous slice of pepperoni was authentic NY Style Pie with a light crust that you will eat. It has great tasting sauce ( not spicy) with a good balance of savory/sweet tomatoes. The cheese is a delicious fresh blend that is well spread amongst the pizzas. I enjoyed a small garden salad that included fresh ingredients of cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, black olives and red onions. The variety of dressings are made in house yet I would’ve liked the lettuce a tad more drained of excess water. The place is clean with welcoming service and a solid good value meal deal!
