We went for AYCE crabs to celebrate my husband's birthday and instead of having the choice of two types of crabs, they only had one that night. That wasn't such a big deal but ... the price of the crabs was outrageous! In addition, for reasons unknown, they add a 20% gratuity automatically to the bill. If I receive great service, I usually tip 25%-30% but I greatly dislike being forced to pay for what that night was mediocre service. Crab legs were good, nick the server was on top of it. Kept an eye on everyone, I table of 6 and several smaller tables. I saw that someone badmouthed about the all you can eat for 60.00 due to tip. Reading the menu it plainly stated, 20

Food was terrific but it took almost 45 minutes for the food I called and placed my order for at least 45 minutes prior to my arrival, which was when I was told my food would be ready for pick up. They were just too busy. Nobody was at fault. Everyone was friendly.
