The Whip Tavern Reviews
What a perfect night, out waitress was just the best, so was the food, and your atmosphere is always terrific. Forgot how good you are. Sorry it took so long to return but see y’all soon.then Dick Vermiel stopped by our table. Yuper. Top that
EVERYTHING food folks and great atmosphere
Great food with options that are hard to find in the area. The soups are wonderful and the seasonal foods are fantastic. The place is cozy and clean but can be a little loud since it's a popular spot. Worth a visit for sure if you have not tried it yet.

The Whip Tavern offers a delightful dining experience. Known for its delicious, hearty, and unique rotating specials menu, it attracts many visitors. The menu features appealing dishes such as Scotch eggs, fish and chips, and the popular sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The beef Wellington, a Wednesday special, is a must-try, described as melt-in-your-mouth. Brussels sprouts, fried hard and crispy with a kick of maple, are also recommended. Their tarter sauce and beer selection have received praise. The service is friendly and attentive, with servers described as a joy with great personalities. The horsey ambiance is wonderful. The Whip Tavern is well-priced and offers BYOB for wine, with a beer selection available. Due to its small size and popularity, with long waits for tables pretty much all the time, reservations are recommended for busy hours.
