Taquería y Carnicería Guadalajara Express is a casual restaurant with high quality food. It is a hidden gem for GOOD authentic mexican food, with everything from the tacos, to tortas, burritos and more full of flavor and great portions. The employees don't speak much english, which is a telling sign of authenticity. The sit-down area is located behind the butcher area and the quality of the meat is solid. The tacos are divine and flavorful, and the broth is muy rico. The bistek ranchero (Steak!) is insanely generous and basically two meals for the price of one. The carne asada and chorizo are favorites. The Qureabirrias are the absolute best in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. Quick service with a smile and always plenty of seating. There is also a deli style counter to buy authentic seasoned meats.
