“This is a hidden gem. Never heard anyone speak about it but we decided to spot here on tbe way to longwood gardens and I am glad we did. Smash burgers were good but thier wings were the perfect level of smake and cooked to perfection. They make a nutella milkshake the hits different! That was so good.

They have a food challenge called the enemy which is wild but Low key would buy it to split with a partner just to see the monstrosity.“

“The staff at this Wendy's were being unfairly harrassed by an an unstable white male as I went through the drive thru tonight. He banged on the doors and yelled through them at the employees, then I saw him walk away back to his car and pick up a rock on the way. He then drove up behind me in thr drive thru and yelled at them through the speaker, pulled out of the drive thru and parked behind the restaurant just waiting. When I pulled to the window, I told the staff what I saw. The shift manager said that he was there all the time and always treated them like this. She said they have reported him in the past but the local police say they can't do anything. The staff at this restaurant were friendly, prompt, and delivered exactly what I ordered. They remained calm and collected while there was an active threat even knowing no one else was coming to help them. I am amazed at how much these folk had to handle while the majority of the staff looked to still be teenagers. No one should have to work in these conditions. If Wendy's is smart, they (or the franchise owner) will look into this situation and give a raise to everyone there.“

“Aug 9 2025. We got there right at opening and ordered a ton of beef and chedders. The gentleman working didnt hesitate one bit. Had our food to us quickly and it was perfect. With a smilen a thankyou, and have a great day. Very polite. This is the kind of employee you want. Thanks again!“

“This McDonald's location in the New Garden Shopping Center has great food that is served with care of being hot and accurate. The food was made in a reasonable amount of time. “Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. “I absolutely love eating here! Their steakburgers are always cooked to order and have that perfect crispy edge, and the shoestring fries are arguably the best around. You definitely can't leave without getting some of their frozen custard—it’s incredibly rich and creamy. The atmosphere has such a fun, nostalgic vibe, and the staff are always super friendly and quick. It’s a consistently delicious experience every single time.“

It has changed this to a 5 star review as he was quick and respectful about remedying the situation. I’m very glad I went back and spoke with the manager as this location is usually very solid about there portion sizes.“

“I’ve been coming to Kampo Garden on greenback Road for many many years. This is hands-down my favorite place for Chinese food. The owners are amazing. I think they may have changed hands over the years, but the owners now are amazing. They’ve been there for quite a while. The only reason that I gave 3 Stars for atmosphere is because it’s pretty much a takeout place and not a dine in place. I love it.“

No local shop makes this so there's a bit if nostalgia here and there's just so few real Pizza Huts around that I was pretty excited to find this little gem not too far away. Every order has been fantastic. The toppings are plentiful and the associates are courteous and friendly. You always see employees hustling. I've moved on to their spicy marinara and the stuffed crust is amazing. While my orders have changed, the quality from this store hasn't. This Pizza Hut is exemplary. I only wish I lived a little closer! Thanks all!“

“It’s my first time here and I got the Steakhouse and my godmother got the Soprano. She got parm fries and I got sweet potato fries with a hot chocolate milkshake. The burger is very good and the milkshake is delicious. I highly recommend this place. It reminds me of an updated Five Guys but better. I’ll be back again.“

“I enjoy this CFA. I order pretty frequently. What I don’t enjoy is their 25% success rate of remembering straws. Sometimes people are unhappy which isn’t a huge bother but not having the straw means a parched drive home which is a bummer.“

“Sunday was my first time ordering from Jersey Mike's. I used the app which was quite simple. Went in a little before it was complete and the two guys behind the counter were great. They greeted me and asked was I picking up and for my name told me a few more minutes, wish I asked their names, the guy cooking even confirmed my order was accurate (no cheese) just steak request on my order which was very pleasing. The atmosphere was good and store was clean. Our sandwiches were good and well made.“

“We are not from.the area nt everytime we go to Lancaster we stop here along the way. Best taco bell bu far. They spread ingredients evenly so each bite has everything. Hate when you bite a cheesy bean and rice burrito and first bite is all the rice then beans etc. This one ALWAYS spreads it which make is sooo much better. Only taco bell that does that. They were out of my cinnamon apple pies, but the cashier substituted it without any issue Whereas anywhere else, they just give you a refund. please never change!“

“What's the point of going here. Go in to order and they person taking orders cannot understand English. Repeatedly said the lemonade I wanted and the person looked at me like I was speaking gibberish. Manager just standing there watching the situation unfold without helping her cashier. Never even got to taste the new lemonade go figure. Just avoid them and go elsewhere. Plenty of McDonald's and others around to pick up the slack. Thanks to the district and regional managers allowing the general manager to run this location without a bit of organization and leadership.“

If they want more English speakers to take orders, want their orders correct because some cashier was all alone busy with other orders, greedy enough for fresh fries? Then maybe they should stop complaining and should apply for themselves. The employees get taken advantage by doing the correct orders and others claim they still “did it wrong” as if the employees were their children. If customers don’t want to return, it’ll be perfect and help this store remain for friendlier customers only instead of the pickiest most rudest customers this place has ever seen.“
