“The staff at this Wendy's were being unfairly harrassed by an an unstable white male as I went through the drive thru tonight. He banged on the doors and yelled through them at the employees, then I saw him walk away back to his car and pick up a rock on the way. He then drove up behind me in thr drive thru and yelled at them through the speaker, pulled out of the drive thru and parked behind the restaurant just waiting. When I pulled to the window, I told the staff what I saw. The shift manager said that he was there all the time and always treated them like this. She said they have reported him in the past but the local police say they can't do anything. The staff at this restaurant were friendly, prompt, and delivered exactly what I ordered. They remained calm and collected while there was an active threat even knowing no one else was coming to help them. I am amazed at how much these folk had to handle while the majority of the staff looked to still be teenagers. No one should have to work in these conditions. If Wendy's is smart, they (or the franchise owner) will look into this situation and give a raise to everyone there.“

“This McDonald's location in the New Garden Shopping Center has great food that is served with care of being hot and accurate. The food was made in a reasonable amount of time. “I absolutely love eating here! Their steakburgers are always cooked to order and have that perfect crispy edge, and the shoestring fries are arguably the best around. You definitely can't leave without getting some of their frozen custard—it’s incredibly rich and creamy. “This is the best Chick-fil-A in my area! Their staff is always friendly, the food is almost always made correctly, and is fresh. And they almost always provide plenty of sauce. Ordering on the app and hopping in the drive thru is the way to go! However, if you choose to sit inside, their tables are always clean, staff is walking around and making sure you’re having a good experience!“

“I’ve been coming to Kampo Garden on greenback Road for many many years. This is hands-down my favorite place for Chinese food. The owners are amazing. I think they may have changed hands over the years, but the owners now are amazing. They’ve been there for quite a while. The only reason that I gave 3 Stars for atmosphere is because it’s pretty much a takeout place and not a dine in place. I love it.“

“Restaurant was well kept everyone was very professional. Food was amazing for a McDonald's. The only issue was I need to plug in my laptop so I could get some work done and the power to all the outlets in the dining area were turned off.“

“It’s my first time here and I got the Steakhouse and my godmother got the Soprano. She got parm fries and I got sweet potato fries with a hot chocolate milkshake. No local shop makes this so there's a bit if nostalgia here and there's just so few real Pizza Huts around that I was pretty excited to find this little gem not too far away. Every order has been fantastic. The toppings are plentiful and the associates are courteous and friendly. You always see employees hustling. I've moved on to their spicy marinara and the stuffed crust is amazing. While my orders have changed, the quality from this store hasn't. This Pizza Hut is exemplary. “Sunday was my first time ordering from Jersey Mike's. I used the app which was quite simple. Went in a little before it was complete and the two guys behind the counter were great. They greeted me and asked was I picking up and for my name told me a few more minutes, wish I asked their names, the guy cooking even confirmed my order was accurate (no cheese) just steak request on my order which was very pleasing. “What's the point of going here. Go in to order and they person taking orders cannot understand English. Repeatedly said the lemonade I wanted and the person looked at me like I was speaking gibberish. Manager just standing there watching the situation unfold without helping her cashier. Never even got to taste the new lemonade go figure. Just avoid them and go elsewhere. Plenty of McDonald's and others around to pick up the slack. If they want more English speakers to take orders, want their orders correct because some cashier was all alone busy with other orders, greedy enough for fresh fries? Then maybe they should stop complaining and should apply for themselves. The employees get taken advantage by doing the correct orders and others claim they still “did it wrong” as if the employees were their children. If customers don’t want to return, it’ll be perfect and help this store remain for friendlier customers only instead of the pickiest most rudest customers this place has ever seen.“

“I used to eat st Popeyes when I lived close to one so the new, year old now. Popeyes was going to be making my lunch. Walked in and was greeted, having not prereviewed menu it took me a moment but I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich fries and two biscuits. The chicken sandwich was crispy, crunchy on the outside tender and juicy on the inside, fries were perfect and cherry coke delicious. The restaurant was clean and even the windows and doors were clean. As I ate a staff member came to sanitize all the tables. I looked behind the servers areas, the floors were also clean. I told the staff , great job!. Sometimes we should thank those people doing good...ill be back! Overall I had an Outstanding Experience!! Thanks!!“

“Service is prompt, professional, and FAST. When they give you a time, it is ready. If it is still being prepared...they apologize and you know it is fresh!
Prices are good, especially in this economy. Make sure to put the date on a menu when you receive it. Have them read your order with the prices and total, most of the time they do this without you requesting it. Sometimes people make mistakes, this eliminates that hassle.
Order EARLY in the evening, not close to closing. Food is most often fresher and has not been sitting around!
CLEAN establishment, inside and out. That is NOT EASY, given the location and state of nearby homes and streets. No trash, broken glass or oil spills, even the dumpsters are cleaned on a regular basis(no smell, none)!
There is a place to sit and eat, or wait for your order.
No restrooms, do not ask.
Every container is full to bursting open, never skimpy on portions. Shrimp Lomein is awesome. One in every bite, and is two meals for me. I have to roll away from the table, lol. Dumplings fried or steamed, I cannot get enough of them. General Tse Chicken is either very good or old. Most of the time it is tender meat, slighty crispy on the outside, with perfectly cooked rice, and steamed broccoli.
A few times old chicken that was reheated. Now I inspect my order and show them if there are any problems, BEFORE LEAVING.
I do not accept refunds or a second try on the food. I do accept beverages or other ready made items, that equal the price of the unacceptable dish in trade. It just means I will be getting dinner elsewhere that night. This is NOT a suggestion, do what you can to properly come to an agreement that fits YOU.
I bring another bag to transfer the order into. If everything is in order THE FIRST TIME, I thank them, give a deep respectful bow and LEAVE A TIP! They remember!
Think about it. Who would not remember getting quiet respect, even after a mistake?“
