“I LOVE this place! The staff is so kind and the food is ALWAYS so GOOD!! See the picture of the Honey Biscuits below! They smother the biscuits in honey butter! The fried chicken, chicken tenders and fried fish are my favorites and I get beans and rice as well as the potato wedges, I've never had a bad meal from here! Everything is always fresh and hot!“

“I do not usually comment on fast food chains but I am making it a point to do so for this specific location because of how pleasantly surprised I was with this location. I almost never eat fast food like this but we were on our way back home from a very long drive and few day trip and it was dinner time, we were all tired and needed to use the bathroom so this was just an easy choice before we got home. Let me just say how incredibly clean and well maintained this entire BK is! The bathroom was well maintained which was soooo nice because often they are neglected. I live in Middletown and you would think our BK would be the same as this one in Smyrna but it is literal night n day difference! This one was very well maintained so much so that we actually decided to dine in. The staff members were very pleasant and well mannered and well spoken. While eating our food, I saw how well the young girl running the counter interacted with other customers and she was just so well mannered. That in and of itself is so ridiculously hard to come by in fast food and is truly another reason why I don't really buy from fast food chains because of how poor their staff acts. I mean I also don't because of the health reasons of eating fast food but it compounds with staff having crappy attitudes n thrown together food and getting orders wrong and lack of cleanliness. This location , their food was actually very well constructed. The sandwich looked great and wasn't just thrown together and the French fries were hot and fresh. This is all why I haf to leave a good review. Keep up the great work guys because it is being seen !“

“This place has changed, all the staff is so friendly, I especially want to give a shout out to the girl Chrystina (spelling) that works the drive through. she is always smiling and cheerful and always makes for a pleasant experience, like I said though the other employees have always been pleasant as well but she stands out to me. I have other options right in the same area like Arbys and Burger king but I will pass them to come here because both have either messed up my order, food below expectations or the staff being unfriendly. I have never had any issues with my order being messed up or the food below par, keep up the outstanding service“

“Boggles my mind that a place like this can run out of straws. But the fact that my order was correct and the female who was at the register is very nice, that all made up for the inventory issue. There is a bit of a wait here, but I always said, if my order comes out right... take your time. I got the TacoBell nuggets before they discontinued them... yah, they should just keep with taco stuff. The size of these things are big for a nugget. It's more like a short and fat chicken tender.
Also, props to KFC. I really think this is cheaper than Mcds at this point 🤔“

“I love New York Fried Chicken. The quality of food is excellent and you really get your money’s worth. I get a #6 and always leave full! The Gyros are also terrific with white sauce. Come visit the friendly staff from 10am-11pm. Omar is so friendly and helpful :)“

“This Chick Fil A location has very professional staff members that have quick pick up times after the food order has been placed. It's rare to wait for a order more than 10 minutes. Unless your order is a catering order than it would take longer. Keep up the good work feeding those hungry customers.“
