“First and foremost the service is very good. The workers are very kind and will correctly put your order in to your liking. I often come here with my boyfriend. We both love the fries, he usually gets the burger combo. Every time he gets a burger they do it right he doesn't like anything on his Burger some cheese so they always put in his order correctly. We went there today and the food was absolutely delicious. We always sit and enjoy our food inside the building. Today the mac and cheese was so damn good. Also I always love the rice as well I usually get a number 23 and that's the whiting with rice, very delicious and fresh today. Highly recommend this place and location.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to share the amazing service I received at the McDonald’s located at 700 N. DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720. I went through the drive-thru today (7/20/2025) at 12:48 PM, and I was genuinely impressed.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire crew seemed organized and motivated—they looked like they truly enjoyed working there. Huge props to both the crew and management for maintaining such a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.

My order was handled with great attention to detail, and I felt truly cared for. As I was about to leave, a member of management even offered me the chance to try their new creamy chili sauce—a small gesture, but it really showed the extra effort they put into customer satisfaction.

“Taco Bell is solid, but the drive-through ordering setup is the only real issue. The speaker system seems outdated—you can barely hear the voice, and between road noise and the nearby airport it gets even harder to communicate. These days I just use the app and it’s smooth, so it’s not a huge problem anymore.“

The gentleman at the window was incredibly accommodating and handled the request with zero trouble.
