I was never made to feel like I was a bother requesting gluten free sandwich. They made my sandwich, then my families non gluten free with grace and quickness. Truly thank you, it’s hard to eat out being gluten free, my meal tonight I was not worried with eating my sandwich. Thank you, for being so graceful and accommodating. Awesome team tonight.“

“Had the best customer service that I have had probably before Covid, when customer service actually mattered. My app order did not go through and didn’t realize it until I went to pick up the order. They allowed me to place the order in the drive thru, started making it before they even got the order, due to me showing them the proof of purchase, and I pulled off in 5 minutes. This will be the only DQ in the area I will ever go to. Thank you guys!“

“The manager at this site today was amazing. They forgot something in my order. I didn’t notice until I got home and I drove back, they went above and beyond to make it right. When I came back they gave me my food and I wanted to buy a frosty but she gave it to me free. I was having a rough day before all this and it’s people like her who make things a little better! She definitely cares about her job. I don’t post reviews to often but her actions deserved a good review!“
