The management team, is always willing to assist us with last minute catering orders (sorry about that) and they always make it work. “Loved the new experience. I walked in surprised by the new Spartan nature of the process. Loved it. First time didn't have to hear employees fighting, didn't need to talk to customers to calm them down while they complain about the service and the wait time like it was previously. Provided an avenue to enter, pick up my order if I chose to do that. I had no idea those options will be finally available. It was nice to not have to hear about any employee problems or life issues while waiting for my food in addition to what it took to get there with money lol so very different from what became tolerated for so long“

“Delicious food, friendly staff, and live music. Went on a Thursday so I got their ribs, perfect bite and cook, amazing flavor, and delicious sauce. Fries cooked well and tasty potato salad. Multiple sauce styles all self served to find what you like. I got in early but the line backed up fast.“

“Chesapeake House Travel Plaza is always our go-to stop whenever I visit my brother in Maryland. It’s become a must-stop along the way! The bathrooms are consistently clean, which makes such a difference during travel. They also have great fast food options, so there’s something for everyone. I always grab a chai latte from Pete’s Coffee Shop, and it’s always delicious and hits the spot. Clean, convenient, and reliable—highly recommend stopping here when traveling through the area!“

“Good food. Clean space. But this review is really about Terry. He is so friendly and kind. He acknowledged everyone that walked in the door. You can tell he cares about his job, the customers and his coworkers. I don’t typically go to this location but we happened to be in the area. I’m glad we stopped for lunch, this was the best Taco Bell experience I’ve had.“
