“Raising Cane's is my new go to restaurant for chicken fingers. I like I can substitute some items for a different one. I don't have one close by, so I still drive out of my way because I love the chicken fingers and their fries!!!!!“

“Great Arbys experience. I haven't had arbys in a while but had an old gift card. Food is reasonably priced. My wife ordered two sliders and a wrap and they were around 10 dollars and so was my meal. I had a Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich and it was so fresh and hot, cheese was melted and pulled. Healthy amount of ham on top. Fries were crispy. My experience might of been different if they didn't just open an hour before, but the fry oil did taste a little used or old. The service was quick, I was the only one in there at the time and the cashier was kind.“

“THE CREW WORKING CLOSING SHIFT TUESDAY JUNE 2nd!!! They were amazing. We came in Group of 10 kids plus 5 adults an hour before closing (I understand how rude that was and truly apologize) but they had the best attitude and the two ladies taking our order were so kind, patient and respectful. “This Burger King on S. Fountain Green Road in Bel Air MD is on point. The server at the drive thru was friendly. My order was correct. The fries and burgers I got were hot and fresh. “Bailey: He provided me the best service I’ve received at a Burger King to date. I messed up and placed my online order drive thru order to the wrong location. This was after working a 14 hour shift going hungry throughout the entirety of the day. I was very much looking forward to my Double Whopper and fry to fill me up after that odyssey of a shift. I placed the order & paid. I was HORRIFIED when I realized I placed the order to your Fallston Location at 10:57 on a Monday (3 mins before they were slated to close.) IT SEEMED AS IF THERE WAS NO HOPE. Bailey said “not on my watch”.. He very kindly asked to see my app, checked the order, prepared it to my liking (customizations and all.. it was even “fresh off the broiler”) He served it to me with a smile. You embody the original “Have it your way” service & brand standard that I grew up on! Thank you for going out of your way to be kind & provide excellent customer service.
