The very next morning, their lovely manager, Destiny, reached out and offered to remake my order for free whenever I could come back. I called this week and asked for her before stopping in, and she made sure everything was perfect this time. She was so kind throughout the entire experience and made it easy to give them another chance. Every business makes mistakes, but what really matters is how they handle them. Destiny and this Five Guys went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you!“

It truly took us back to when all the locations started popping up and the quality of the food no matter what location was always on point! The chickens always come out fresh and juicy, and Britney working at the counter is always friendly and helpful, she even kindly tolerates my broken Spanish lol! Definitely worth it to check this place out if you’re thinking of trying Hispanic fried chicken!

“I had an awesome experience here with amazing customer service across the board! I had ordered my employees breakfast sandwiches the night before on the app, but when I got to the store the order had been cancelled and they never received. I was panicked because our crews run on tight schedules, but Michael immediately calmed me down and got the order made - a relatively large order for 6:15 in the morning - in literally minutes. It was INCREDIBLE how fast he made all that happen for us and just like that, I was out the door and on the way to work on time. Can't thank him and his team enough for saving my morning!“
