Both of my burgers were made incorrectly during my first visit, so I mentioned being disappointed in the survey I received by text after getting my food. The very next morning, their lovely manager, Destiny, reached out and offered to remake my order for free whenever I could come back. Went into five guys today around 745, not sure who the manager is but every single one of these employees today nailed it with customer service. I stepped in felt welcomed, the young man at the cashier helped me understand the menu and was so outstanding with his professionalism. I’m so happy that this store understands customer service and the food delicious.
Love this place. Food is good. People are friendly. A little pricey for a burger joint but its worth it.
