“I had a really good experience at Burgerfi White Marsh recently. I was there before lunch time and the crew working was terrific! Malikai, Cameron, Jasmyn and a young man in the kitchen worked hard and so well together. What a team.“

“don't know if it was the server or the kitchen but our food took forever and then my salad was incorrect. I asked for no tomatoes they gave me tomatoes but no cheese. asked for cookies and creme ice cream took half hour for Ice cream to come out when I told our server to cancel the ice cream cause I had to be out forest hill by 230 and it was already 130 ,(we had already been there 1 1/2 hours for 2 kids meals a sandwich and salad) then the ice cream came out incorrect so I canceled my ice cream order. it was early in the afternoon no line at the window and only 6 tables of guest all small groups.“

“Both of my burgers were made incorrectly during my first visit, so I mentioned being disappointed in the survey I received by text after getting my food. The very next morning, their lovely manager, Destiny, reached out and offered to remake my order for free whenever I could come back. I called this week and asked for her before stopping in, and she made sure everything was perfect this time. She was so kind throughout the entire experience and made it easy to give them another chance. Every business makes mistakes, but what really matters is how they handle them. “I am a student at Morgan State University. My friends and I come to this IHOP all the time. The food is always fresh and hot. And we get our food really fast. I always get the waffle or the chocolate chip pancakes, and they are always delicious. The waitresses here are always very nice to us and treats us very kindly. We really love this ihop. I would definitely recommend it.“
