About Applebee's

Applebee's Grill + Bar is a popular restaurant known for its delicious and hot food, and friendly servers. It is a clean and family-friendly place, with high chairs and booster seats available. There is plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility. Customers say the staff and guests are very welcoming and friendly, making for good laughs and conversations. The bar offers Dollaritas with various flavors for only fifty cents more. The menu includes options like 3 cheese Chicken Alfredo, boneless wings, riblets plate, and chicken and broccoli fettuccine, all highly recommended. The restaurant features a Tuesday $9.99 Burgers special, which some find to be a nice size and tasty, though a little overcooked. There is also a Monday special with 6 free garlic parmesan boneless tenders, which some found just okay but adds a fun element that sparks conversation.

Recent reviews highlight friendly staff, especially a server named Jamia who was cheerful, kind, and playful, making guests feel special. However, there was a negative experience at the White Marsh location, where service was slow, and a billing issue caused frustration. The management was seen as unhelpful in resolving the problem, and one waiter was inexperienced. Despite these issues, customers still appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the good food when service is better.
