“Malfi, Alex and the crew are amazing! I've known them since the mid 2000s when we all worked there at one point in time. Coming back today while i was close by sound some movie detailing work, it is great to see such a clean, well ran business and still holds down the fort! Malfi took my order, the service was very prompt and food was ready a minute after my arrival. Boy oh boy, I haven't had a burrito ultimo in a LONG time! Especially enchilado style! Super consistent. Warm bold sauce and cheese on top with a full and very fresh meal full of rice, veggies, baja salsa and all. Cravings fulfilled! Excellent service! “The food was good and hot. It was pretty busy when I got there, but i was able to put my order in pretty quickly. I probably waited about 10 minutes for the order to be ready, which wasn't too bad. The bad thing was that they left a whole sandwich and fries out of my order. And I had to go back up and they had to make it, and that took another 10 minutes about. Other than that everything was great. Parking was good and the young man that took my order was very professional and polite. The dining area could have been a little cleaner, however. I've been in much worse that made me do castor instead.“

“Had a great experience at Jimmy John’s in Timonium! The staff was friendly, fast, and super efficient. My sandwich was fresh, perfectly made, and exactly what I ordered. The restaurant was clean and the service really lived up to the “freaky fast” reputation. It’s hard to find places that are both quick and consistent, but this location definitely delivers every time. Highly recommend if you want a fresh, delicious sandwich and excellent customer service!“

“I never thought I would have to ask for bacon on the club sub but the young man was rushing us through the line and never put the Bacon on at all. It’s a shame you spend your money and can’t get what you want. And then I don’t know if she was being smart but I asked for hots but I can’t eat this sandwich I asked for the hot spread that I normally her it’s so many hots on here the sandwich is ruined !! I wanted to try the cheesesteak because it looked good when I walked in and saw the man making it but this sandwich is horrible. I never have any problems out of the one in Whitemarsh, or Glenburnie where I work or Eastern Ave but I will not be returning to this location!!“
