“Another great place in this shopping center. Went there on a Saturday, got there a half hour before the lunch rush. One person, probably the manager, working. He helped me with my order, suggested options and when I sat down to eat we had a great conversation. He's so good at helping people find low-priced options to save money. Loved that this location has coffee.“

“I went here last night and online it says they are open until 9:30. I get there and park and it says 9:01, so I figure I have plenty of time. However, I realized they actually closed at 9 so I went to turn around and figure something else out. That’s when I see the familiar gentleman inside waving me in as he recognized me to come and order. I got a delucious, freshly made Hotshot Italiano footlong sub made with artisan Italian bread and topped with spicy pepperoni, Genoa salami, provolone cheese, jalapeño peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions. The Italian dressing complimented the ingredients. There was no unsweetened iced tea, so i got a bottle of water. I finished with two freshly made cookies, the Double Chocolate and a Raspberry Cheesecake. There was a clean, brightly lit dining area with hightop and regular tables as well as booths. “I ordered from the Jersey Mike's on Honeygo Boulevard the last couple of days. Yesterday, I had an issue with my sandwich, so today I ordered again and called the store to let them know I hadn't received something I had paid extra for.
The store manager, Becca, was fantastic. Her customer service over the phone was top-tier. As a store manager myself, I know how important it is to go above and beyond to make customers happy, and she absolutely did that.

Not only did Becca make my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it, but it was also delicious. She even included some cookies, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. It's clear she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in making things right.
