Not sure if that's the regular taste of the chicken or if it was really sitting but the honey biscuits was bussing bussing. “I usually don't do reviews but Harford County is struggling tremendously in the food department and I swear I will crash the hell out if this place closes and we get another wawa/rofo/cfa/starbucks/etc 😂😐 I've now gone here on numerous occasions and the subs are exceptional relative to it's local competitors imo. The wagyu cheesesteak, classic Italian, club and turkey are elite. Would still prefer a chicken cheesesteak from where I go outside of the county but it is solid. Best quality/tasting meats by far imo vs competitors. All subjective of course but all in all don't let the bad reviews and low ratings discourage you. I've read through most myself and they all have one thing in common. Nobody could say the food was bad 💯 My only gripe is that there aren't bread options to my knowledge. Any issues arise be a decent human with patience and they will handle it. Like many businesses out here they're only working with a handful of people so keep that in mind. Take a detour on your next drive to Jersey Mike's you might not go back. 🫡“

Called location to straighten out situation, fully expecting poor customer service, which is the norm these days. I was shocked at how quickly and thoroughly the situation was resolved. I don't know if it was the manager or the owner, but within 10 minutes I had not only the missing proteins from first sandwich, but a complete second sandwich, chips and two cookies free of charge! I don't normally do google reviews- but this location SO knocked it out of the park with the customer service- that I feel obligated to give them a shoutout!!

“This subway is a great regular lunch spot employees are quick, kind and responsive. I feel bad whenever they receive a mobile order because the new order alert sound is a loud and repetitive alarm. If they are working on a sub they cant just stop, deglove, press the confirmation button to silence it, reglove and finish the sub. Subway should consider changing that sound or workers with ptsd might start quitting from the potential trigger.“

Visibly pale cookies that don't taste right, which wastes money as I have to throw them away. Cookies need to be cooked at least 5 minutes longer maybe to be golden brown or darker, not anemic.
