I ordered from the Jersey Mike's on Honeygo Boulevard the last couple of days. Yesterday, I had an issue with my sandwich, so today I ordered again and called the store to let them know I hadn't received something I had paid extra for.
The store manager, Becca, was fantastic. Her customer service over the phone was top-tier. As a store manager myself, I know how important it is to go above and beyond to make customers happy, and she absolutely did that.

Today I visited Jersey Mikes & was dissatisfied with the customer service. I waited patiently for my turn and was talked at by the sandwich artist, no one had name tags, this individual appeared to be of Mexican or Latina descent. No hello, no smile, just rude. I observed this individual throwing bread on the counter, smacking meat down, & just appearing agitated for whatever reason.

My last visit the sandwich was not very good. They put too much oil and vinegar on my Italian sub making it a soggy mess.
