Not the top of my list for subs. First time there and maybe my last. Customer service was ok, but the server didn't seem to know how to make my first time there a good memorable experience. I told him that it was our first time there and that I thought my sub came hot. He never offered to heat it or explain the menu. I came in around 7pm on a weekday. The gentleman taking the orders was the most helpful - my first time there I wasn't sure how or what to order. I asked for a Philly cheese steak- specifically one with light lettuce and mayo on the side - the gemtleman suggested packets and I said that was perfect.I then waited 10 minutes for a small perhaps 8inch sub. I visited a few days ago and the food and service was fine but during my visit, I guess it was time for one of the employees to come back from a break they clearly needed. When she returned to the floor, she was intensely on her phone. A few minutes later, she put it away and started being loud and going off in front of us (paying customers). The energy was not directed towards us but that def made it difficult to enjoy our food inside the restaurant
