This subway is a great regular lunch spot employees are quick, kind and responsive. I feel bad whenever they receive a mobile order because the new order alert sound is a loud and repetitive alarm. If they are working on a sub they cant just stop, deglove, press the confirmation button to silence it, reglove and finish the sub. Subway should consider changing that sound or workers with ptsd might start quitting from the potential trigger.
Subway is my go to place for subs. My favorite is sweet onion chicken teriyaki wrap or flatbread. Others in my family like the meatball and the black forest ham subs. Their sandwiches have lots of fresh veggies!

This Subway is located in an Exxon in Essex. It is relatively close to my place of employment, so I have visited on quite a few occasions. Because it is in a gas station, there is nowhere to sit, it feels cramped and when there is a line (or a dude ordering like 20 sandwiches while talking on his phone) it can bleed into the gas station patrons.
