Been here multiple times when team members were cursing as they talk to customers or each other. Visited the other eve and watched one team member w red hair snacking behind the counter next to the food (most places that's a food safety violation), then lean on the back counter on her phone while the other made my sandwiches. Food is always inconsistent.

my footlong barely have anything on it and then was ask for something. put it on there would reply that management controlling what they can. so three n small s I got scoup of tuna which’s half bread had tuna an off course half didn’t.Vegetarian options: they forgot to change the gloves from the meat Product to the vegetarian product. they upset went was change it. she got upset. anyhow it was changed. i was happy i ( i use this location for 10 years now. but i will no longer go there again)

The customer service within this Subway is completely RUDE down to management. I have never in my entire life experienced such disrespect. I went as far a calling corporate due to the rude behavior the young-lady had and when I spoke to management and the gentleman stated that he was aware of the problem and saw video of altercation and that the young lady grab a knife and try to approach me was complete ground for termination and she was still employed there blew my mind. It explained the many orders that I have ordered through the Grubhub app and why I had to return several items as a result of how my food was prepared and sloppy, this entire experience with this Subway was mind blowing and as a result I no longer purchase food at this particular chain. I worked at Subway years ago and how I was trained was completely different. The attitude these young people have is so disrespectful and rude. Any form of employment is a plus, when you work with the public always remember that the customer is always right whatever attitude you may have goes in your back pocket and you deal with the public accordingly. You represent a brand and that brand is Subway.

This Subway is located in an Exxon in Essex. It is relatively close to my place of employment, so I have visited on quite a few occasions. Because it is in a gas station, there is nowhere to sit, it feels cramped and when there is a line (or a dude ordering like 20 sandwiches while talking on his phone) it can bleed into the gas station patrons. Food wise, this Subway can be inconsistent (heck, maybe they all are, I've never been much of a Subway goer). For example, a few times the bread has been perfectly toasted while at least once it was slightly over toasted. Another time the sandwich was way too loaded with mustard. But, when I'm looking for some veggies on bread, this place rolls out a decent version that is definitely convenient. Thit is in a gas station (which means nowhere to sit and not much space)

This subway is a great regular lunch spot employees are quick, kind and responsive. I feel bad whenever they receive a mobile order because the new order alert sound is a loud and repetitive alarm. If they are working on a sub they cant just stop, deglove, press the confirmation button to silence it, reglove and finish the sub. Subway should consider changing that sound or workers with ptsd might start quitting from the potential trigger.
