I'm assuming it was the Manager at the register was very kind and since customer service seems to be lacking everywhere you go, I wanted to mention this! I do have to say though that my burritos were on the very small side.
The food is generally pretty good. There've been times where the line gets confused and you order something like chips with queso, and find yourself waiting longer than you ought to. Overall they do a good job, and thankfully the place is usually pretty quiet.Parking: Right outside of the Harford Mall so it's not hard to find an open parking space.

We have not been to this Qdoba in several months and to be honest it is because it was very bad. The food was ok but the service was terrible.
