She came around multiple times making sure we didn’t need anything and chatted a little. She was very pleasant and since one of us ordered an all you can eat plate, she made sure the food didn’t stop (the manager even put one order in for us). It was a real all you can eat meal, that’s something most places don’t actually stand by! I am Beyond happy with today’s visit and super impressed by the customer service! “On Sunday, June 21st at around 10:30 PM, I visited the Burger King at 101 North Dupont Parkway and ordered a classic Whopper meal. While my initial batch of fries was perfectly hot and crunchy, the Whopper itself turned out to be lukewarm. Without any hassle, I drove back around and politely asked the staff if they could heat it up for me. The gentleman at the window was incredibly accommodating and handled the request with zero trouble. Because the service was so seamless and those fresh, crunchy fries were hitting the spot, I gladly ordered a second medium fry to go with my fresh burger. It turned out to be a great late-night stop with excellent food and support!“

“While I don't make a scene when I go inside I rarely have a good experience. The drive through crew is always on top of it. They have that food out in record timing every time. They definitely need to be commended for their fast and friendly service.“
